So General Flynn has finally been pardoned. That’s terrific. He didn’t deserve any of this. And everyone on the right is or should be happy about it.
However, before you begin reading the article, you may want to also consider this, assuming you haven’t put your tin-foil hat away for the holiday season.
First, would Trump have pardoned Flynn if he had clearly won reelection? And second, Sydney Powell is Flynn’s lead attorney and did NOT want him pardoned. Rather she wanted to exonerate Flynn in court. She outwardly stressed this to the administration.
So, with tin-foil hat firmly atop head, could this also be a slight or slap-down of Powell by Trump and his team? For whatever reason, are they trying to undermine her credibility? Does someone have it out for Powell?

Trump Pardons Former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn
Jail time is all they should have to look forward to.
Friday’s news brought the welcome report that U.S. Attorney John Durham, investigating possibly illegal misconduct by the FBI and CIA against the Trump campaign, is focusing on the FBI’s illegal acts in prosecuting President Trump’s first national security advisor, Gen. Michael Flynn. According to reports by the Washington Examiner and Fox News, Durham is looking closely at newly revealed documents in the Flynn case.
As I wrote here on September 2, there was a conspiracy between the FBI and CIA to prevent Trump’s election and, when that failed, to interfere in his transition to the presidency. The conspiracy aimed at violating the civil rights of Trump and others, including Flynn and Carter Page. As that column explained, acting under color of law — i.e., as a federal official — to violate someone’s civil rights is illegal under 18 U.S. Code Section 242. A conspiracy to do so is a felony under 18 U.S. Code Section 371 punishable by five years in jail. read more
For years, possibly even decades, many of us constitutionalists have insisted that our founding fathers were prescient, almost to the point of clairvoyance. It seems that whatever issues befall our nation, the founders already accounted for when they crafted the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Yet, I’m starting to wonder if even they could’ve predicted the depths of depravity our government has sunk to over the last few years.
The lengths the Deep State, entrenched bureaucracy, has so far gone through to attempt to remove a duly elected President of the United States is staggering. It’s something never seen in our history and if it were someday to be made into a movie, it would likely be impossible to follow, given how many characters are involved and the myriad of plot twists.
And for what? Because the leftists in our government and media, after three years, still cannot comes to grips with Donald Trump as president.
It’s like Citizen Kane on the most powerful steroid imaginable. I can see Adam Schiff, lying on his death bed someday. With his last breath, not uttering “Rosebud,” as did Kane, but “Trump.” Arthur Conan Doyle couldn’t dream up a more intricate plot line. read more
By secretly and subversively negotiating with the terrorist nation of Iran, John Kerry is in clear violation of the Logan Act. Yet unlike many of Trump’s former associates, the FBI, Justice Department, the NSA and others don’t appear to wish to lift a finger to investigate or stop him. We are witnessing the unequal application of the law – again.
Gun manufacturer, Springfield Armory, announced it has severed ties with Dick’s Sporting Goods over their stance on guns, gun control and the Second Amendment. The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), the nation’s largest firearms trade association, has also, by unanimous vote, expelled Dick’s from membership in the organization. Good for both for taking a stand. read more
