Video Podcast – One Deep State Republican advises Another

by: Brent Smith

Charlies Sykes writing at HotAir penned a wonderful short piece entitled, “Paul Ryan, it’s time for you to stand up to Fox.”

By wonderful, I mean the exact opposite.

Sykes claims that Fox News is not only, “spreading vicious racist tropes,” but, “has become a vector of disinformation about the pandemic that is putting human lives in danger.” read more

Thank you Wokepublicans for Jumping Ship

by: Brent Smith

Isn’t it nice to see so many Republican rats fleeing a Sinking Ship? And I’m not being facetious. I really am thankful.

There’s only one problem though. The ship isn’t sinking. It’s listing a little, but that’s okay.

The Trump anti-woke, real-America freedom ship is only a half mile from port and will soon set in where it will be transferred to dry dock to be refitted and will re-launch at a later date.

What will its assigned mission be? As yet, no one knows. But whatever it is, it will have a profound effect on the political landscape. read more

Great Idea – Let’s Compromise with Leftists

by Brent Smith:

Here we go again. Will the Republicans ever learn? I guess that’s a rhetorical question we should all know the answer to.

The answer is no. Because they’re only goal in public office is self-preservation, they will continue to make the same mistake, which is to attempt to compromise with the left.

Of course we conservatives know this won’t work. The left has no interest or incentive to strike a bargain with the spineless Republicans. And we with some sense on the right understand the pitfalls of compromise with radicals. You can’t give an inch, for they will take that mile, and more. This may sound too rigid, but it’s not. read more

Call Us a Cult if You Like – Just do it on the Way Out

by: Brent Smith

Well, I for one, think this is great news.

I know others may say that the Republican party is the real “big tent” party. And as such we need as many varying voices and viewpoints as we can get under one umbrella.

And many well known and well-respected conservatives continually lecture us on the importance of keeping the Party together – that we true-conservatives and Trump supporters, should not go off all half-cocked and try to form a third Party, like the suggested Patriot Party. read more

Video Podcast – Why the Democrats are Holding an Impeachment Trial

By: Brent Smith

What the democrats are doing is clearly anti-constitutional, as it not possible to impeach and remove from public office a private citizen.

But that isn’t stopping the dems and some equally wicked Republicans.

I explain what their up to and why they are really attempting the retroactive impeachment trial. read more

Video Podcast – Confusion over Canceling the Keystone XL Pipeline

by: Brent Smith

No one likes an energy crunch more than me I’ll tell. When I pull up to the pump and see premium gas, which is what I have to use, for like $2.70 a gallon and regular for like $2.20 or maybe even less, I get really upset.

Long gone are those happy days of $4 plus a gallon of gas. Those were the good ole days I’ll tell ya.

Then Trump screwed it all up. Fixing the economy, record jobs for literally every one. And cheap oil and gas. That bastard!

Something needed to be done about it.

But Joe Biden to the rescue. He’ll set things back to the way it’s supposed to be. So on day 1, he signs an executive order, one of 27, to cancel that damn Keystone XL pipeline. Oh and he’s also planning on decommissioning several more currently operating pipelines just in case canceling the Keystone XL doesn’t drive up gas and oil prices quickly enough. read more

WND Exclusive – The film trilogy that explains the canceling of Donald Trump

from Brent Smith for World Net Daily:

What? Another movie analogy? Yep. It’s life imitating art, or art imitating life, or something like that. It works – that’s all I know.

In the “John Wick” trilogy of movies, Wick (Keanu Reeves) is the world’s most feared assassin. But as feared as he is, even amongst his peers, there is another, even more menacing. It is the body that controls all underworld/criminal activity worldwide. It’s called the High Table. In short, the High Table is a council of the highest-level crime lords, which governs and oversees the underworld’s most powerful criminal organizations.

There are strict rules that must be followed to “serve under the High Table,” and one must pledge his absolute loyalty to the Table.

As the trilogy progresses, John Wick runs afoul of these rules. For this the consequence is his elimination. An “Open Contract” is placed on his head, and his peers get to work to try to fulfill the contract.

Does any of this sound familiar? It should. read more

Video Podcast – The Atlantic Accuses the Right of Everything the Left is Guilty of

by: Brent Smith

I discuss a recent Atlantic article entitled America’s Second-Worst Scenario. I didn’t read it ahead of time. It’s more of a read and react, initial take-away of this absurdity.

And is it ever. Literally everything I go over in the article is the left accusing those on the right of doing everything the left has done, is doing or planning to do.

Taking Advantage of the Latest Crisis

by: Brent Smith

Isn’t it a funny thing. Not funny ha-ha, but funny interesting, that government hacks on both sides have figured out the formula behind the acquisition of power.

You can do it the old fashioned way, by slowly and methodically winning the hearts and minds of the voting public. But that’s hard, time consuming, and requires actual ideas and ideals.

Rather, as they’ve discovered relatively recently, you can grab power from the people and other branches of government by two means. You can war-game a number of scenarios, that when disaster-A befalls us, you do B to acquire power and control. If it’s C, you do D and so on. That way you’ll be prepared and ready to take advantage of whatever crisis arises. The only downfall to this is that you can’t really predict when the crisis will hit, so you have to be patient. read more

Mitch to Ditch Removal of Trump

Well heck. I gotta give credit where credit is due, and frankly I don’t care what Mitch McConnell’s motivation is. Maybe he actually wants to do the right and constitutional thing, or maybe he’s just to lazy to come back to work. Who knows and who cares. But he’s made the right decision and should be applauded for it. Yay Mitch! How’s that?

from the Daily Wire:

BREAKING: McConnell Rejects Emergency Session On Impeachment, All But Killing Push To Oust Trump

WASHINGTON, DC - JANUARY 06: Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) arrives at the U.S. Capitol and walks to his office on January 06, 2021 in Washington, DC. Congress held a joint session today to ratify President-elect Joe Biden's 306-232 Electoral College win over President Donald Trump. A group of Republican senators said they would reject the Electoral College votes of several states unless Congress appointed a commission to audit the election results.
