The Lies of Immigration Part 4

by John C. Velisek, USN Ret
for the Common Constitutionalist

Progressive socialists have gone so far as the defend MS-13 and working with fellow leftists and RINO Republicans to push for open borders – to fight for sanctuary cities to protect the criminals within the city limits and allow these same criminals back on the streets to further harm the citizens of this country.

President Trump has rightfully enforced “zero tolerance” leading to the leftists and celebrities, who no one listens to, loudly declare a “holocaust.” There has been legislation proposed that would solve family separation, but the leftists under the auspices of Chuck Schumer rejected this proposal out of hand. Schumer, along with other far leftist socialists want to see the return of “catch and release” against the wishes of the majority of American taxpayers.

Furthering their Alinsky style tactics, the leftists are moving towards confrontation. Peter Fonda has threatened Barron, the Presidents son. Fonda wants to put him in a cage with pedophiles and let him be raped. This type of Morality is rationalized by the claim that all conservatives are evil, and want to do as much damage as possible to “people of color.” read more

Ivanka Unfairly Attacked by Leftists

Let me state at the outset. I’m not a fan of Ivanka Trump. At least not politically. She certainly appears to be a good person, a good wife and a wonderful and caring mother.

Her political/social views are another thing all together. Ivanka is no conservative. She is liberal on immigration and climate change. She is for paid family leave, special rights for the LGBTQ – Ei-Ei-O crowd, and supports universal pre-k. That’s just some of her stances, but it’s enough for me to take a pass.

However, I find myself coming to her defense as she is once again personally attacked by the vile hellions of the left.

And what was her crime this time? Well, she had the nerve to post an Instagram photo of her lovingly holding her youngest son Theodore. Oh the horror. But how could such a sweet and simple photo trigger the left?

That’s easy. Her last name is Trump. That and the left had such high hopes that the more liberal Ivanka and her husband Jared would be able to influence the president when it came to policy issues. They’ve been demonstrably disappointed.

So they’ve taken to attacking her personally for her father’s political positions. read more

Podcast – VP Pence Attends Last Musical – Diversity of Discipline – We Don’t Need No Stinking Jobs

VP elect Mike Pence had the nerve to enter the lion’s den of liberalism and attend the smash Broadway hit, and cocktail set musical, Hamilton. Anyone who is anyone must see and be seen attending Hamilton. However, if one is a republican who just vanquished the democrat in a recent election, the lesson is to not attend a Manhattan function of any kind, lest you get booed and jeered by the tolerant liberals who espouse diversity – just not of thought.

School districts throughout the United States discipline their teachers and students in a variety of ways. One way is to do virtually nothing when two students perform a skit entitled “The Assassination of Donald Trump,” in the middle of a classroom. Another way is to fire a teacher for her use of racial slurs.

Good employees are difficult to find. Lazy ones are evidently much easier, as I found during a recent trip to a local Walmart. read more

Boys will be Boys – Just Not Anymore

On November 3, 2016 it was announced by the Harvard University newspaper, the Harvard Crimson, that the University had canceled this years men’s soccer season, “after an Office of General Counsel review found that the team continued to produce vulgar and explicit documents rating women on their perceived sexual appeal and physical appearance.” That is horrific, because we know that normal American college-age men would never do, or even think such a thing.

The practice of rating incoming members of the Harvard female soccer team evidently began in 2012 and has continued through this year. The men’s team had evidently been creating “scouting reports” on incoming members of the women’s team, rating their attractiveness and “assigning each a hypothetical sexual position.”

Okay – that’s pretty rude. Rating attractiveness I understand. They are guys after all – but the latter is a little over-the-top.

However bad one thinks this particular incident is, it should not have been grounds to cancel the entire season. Harvard University could not think of any other way of disciplining these student athletes? Their entire season had to be canceled over this transgression? They couldn’t just issue a warning to cease or the season will then be canceled? I guess not – not when it comes to one-size-fits-all “zero tolerance.” read more

Zero Tolerance For Intelligence

from the Daily Sheeple:

finger gun

A 10-year-old boy was suspended for three days last week for pointing a “lookalike firearm” at another student.

The lookalike firearm was the boy’s FINGER.

That’s right – Nathan Entingh, a fifth-grader at Devonshire Alternative Elementary School in Ohio, was suspended for pointing a finger gun at the back of another kid’s head.

The suspension letter referred to the finger gun as a “level 2 lookalike firearm”, which is a ridiculous Orwellian-sounding term for something completely harmless.

Nathan said other kids have gotten caught playing pretend gun games at his school, but weren’t suspended:

“I was just playing around. People play around like this a lot at my school.”

But the school district isn’t playing around – they have no tolerance whatsoever for such shenanigans.

Jeff Warner, the district spokesman, told The Columbus Dispatch that Devonshire Principal Patricia Price has warned students about pretend gun play numerous times this year, and everyone should know the rules by now. Nathan put his finger to the side of the other student’s head and pretended to shoot “kind of execution style,” Warner said.

“The kids were told, ‘If you don’t stop doing this type of stuff, there would be consequences,’” Warner said. “It’s just been escalating.”

Warnings included three newsletters sent home with kids, Warner said.

The boy’s father, Paul Entingh, pointed out that no one felt threatened, as the other student didn’t even see Nathan make the gesture. Paul says it’s the adults who are acting childish in their response to typical 10-year-old behavior:

Student Get’s Caught With Gun at School

COOK COUNTY  CRIMINAL COURTS — A Chicago teen accused of bringing a loaded gun to Urban Prep Charter Academy feared he would be killed by gang members who harassed him for years, his mother said Wednesday through tears.

Darnell Hamilton, 17, faces gun charges after police found a 9mm semiautomatic handgun loaded with several live rounds in his school locker Tuesday morning, prosecutors said.

Hamilton told police that he was being “hassled by the gangs and he bought the gun for protection,” Assistant State’s Attorney Erin Antonietti said Wednesday when Hamilton appeared in his white button down shirt and khaki pants before a Cook County judge. read more

Guns are Bad

by: the Common Constitutionalist

This is the lesson our children are being taught. Guns are scary, dangerous and should be shunned and vilified no matter the circumstance. This apparently is the mark of an enlightened society.

The sad part is that this lesson is not only being taught to our children but has been promoted for years, so the children’s parents believe the same nonsense.

Evidence the recent incident in Palmer Massachusetts. A six-year-old boy brought a Lego gun, no larger than a quarter onto a public school bus. Yes, a kindergartner.

Tiny weapon: A 6-year-old kindergarten student was slapped with detention for bringing this Lego gun, which is only slightly larger than a quarter, on a school bus

The report I read said that he was “brandishing” it. Say hello to my really little friend, I guess.

It was reported the bus driver said that he (the six-year-old) caused quite a disturbance and the children were traumatized. Traumatized?! Are you kidding me?!

Now, I’m right next door to Massachusetts so I understand the liberal wackiness of the state, but this is surreal.

The report continued by describing the “aftermath” of the incident. Again, really? Aftermath? The school forced (maybe at gunpoint? kidding) the little kid to write a letter of apology to the bus driver. The school then sent a letter home to all the uptight liberal parents of the “traumatized” children explaining there was no real gun on board.

The kid’s mom said her son knows that firearms are dangerous and have no place in school. Especially when a mass murderer comes calling and there’s no way to defend yourself or the children (my words, not hers). And let me add… Firearm? It could have gotten lost in his pocket!

Now we learn of yet another “zero tolerance”, zero intelligence policy violation. This time in equally liberal Maryland.

A five-year-old boy brought a “cowboy style Gun” fully loaded (with caps) to school. I was unable to discover what the guns clip size was. Maybe Bloomberg should hightail it to Maryland and find out.

Anyway, the poor little kid (did I mention he is five!) was actually interrogated for two hours. The adults upset him so much he wet himself. Still no report of whether he was water boarded.

The child’s mother said she had no problem with some consequence of his (her son) behavior. She didn’t appreciate the severity and had to get the family attorney involved. For a Cap Gun!

Oh, by the way, he was suspended for 10 days, basically the balance of the school year. It is reported that the family was afraid the incident would become part of the kid’s permanent record.

That’s what they’re afraid of? Not that the schools storm troopers traumatized the kid?

These two incidents are just a couple of many like them and are just further proof of what we conspiracy theorists on the right have been warning of.

These statists get our children at increasingly young age, now starting at the prekindergarten level, and drag them off to propaganda camps dressed up as schools.

Once there, they are free to indoctrinate these little impressionable minds in the ways of statist rule.

Rule number one: Speak, act and do as your government overlords tell you, for you are being watched and tracked (thanks to Common Core).

Rule number two: Step out of line – get slapped down and reeducated.

Rule number three: All guns are scary and should be owned or used by no one, except the ruling class and Hollywood.

For everything else – see rule number one.

I just hope these would be felons learned their lesson.

Gun Ban, A Grand Conspiracy

by: the Common Constitutionalist

I was never much of a conspiracy buff. Those who believe there is a centralized power such as the Bilderbergs, controlling the world or secretly planning a one-world government, I thought to be kooks.

grand conspiracyI’ve always concluded that people of similar beliefs just think the same, thus come up with the same ideas independent of one another, but just appear contrived because the outcome of those ideas were analogous. I didn’t buy the notion of a bunch of bureaucrats sitting in some dimly lit antechamber plotting away, “Now your assignment is to call the senator and convince him to propose something and you call that Governor and insist he proposes something else.”

Well, I’ve begun to rethink my position and may be completely wrong but it sure seems like it could be happening just that way.

The feds know and have tried to put forth anti-gun legislation in both the House and Senate and gotten nowhere. To any progressive, this is unacceptable. It however, w1.6 billion bulletsill not deter the Marxists from attempting to control and eventually take our guns. There is always a back door, either through regulation or other means.

There’ve been many articles written about various departments of the federal government buying up billions of rounds of ammunition. Heck, I’ve published a few myself.

The latest is the 1.6 billion-ammunition purchase by Homeland Security over the next 4 to 5 years. The feds call it “Strategic Sourcing Contracts” and it is said to get them a better price, which I’m sure it does. Odd that the purchasing contract directly coincides with Obama’s second term of four years. I’m just saying.

Anyway, Homeland Security uses about 15 million rounds of ammo every year. Let’s do some quick math. 1.6 billion divided by 15 million equals a little more than 106. So Homeland wants to buy 106 years worth of ammo? That sounds reasonable.

Now, I’m a gun owner. I don’t know about you but I’m finding it increasingly difficult to purchase ammunition. Going to any local gun shop is a joke. Their shelves look like Mother Hubbard’s cupboard. Online imagazinessn’t much better. Everything is out of stock. How odd.

Companies that produce ammunition must follow a pecking order of customers. Guess who is the head pecker, as it were? You got it; the federal government. What a great way to usurp gun control legislation. With the feds buying up all the ammo a lot of good your gun will be without it. Voilà; instant gun, or ammo control.

States across the country have been testing the waters by passing numerous gun bans. The latest is the proposal in Colorado to ban high-capacity magazines. Citizens of the state are just figuring out that due to the wording of the bill, the run-of-the-mill pump action shotgun would be deemed illegal

Then there is Democrat Illinois representative, Luis Gutierrez. He is changing things up a bit. Instead of going after those scary and expensive “assault weapons”, he is proposing a ban on the production of inexpensive lower quality handguns, known to some as “Saturday night specials”. Now I haven’t seen the bill yet, but I can bet it is aimed directly at less expensive handguns, the kind that someone on a budget might only be able to afford; someone who doesn’t have $800-$1000 to spend for personal protection. I guess they’ll just have to call 911 and

It’s becoming apparent that one way or the other, the full spectrum of weapons will be covered. That’s the hardware portion of gun control. The software ban is in the conditioning of the population, or the collective.

We are hearing stories virtually every day of one child after another being suspended or somehow reprimanded for the most ridiculously innocent things, from eating a Pop Tart into the shape of an “L” and pretending it’s a gun, or a picture of a gun or a cut up piece of paper that vaguely resembles one.

From prekindergarten through college our children are being conditioned to have a completely illogical fear of guns. They are being taught that guns can’t protect or defend; they can only do harm.

Children and adults alike are being conditioned and trained into believing it is wrong to fight back. We must cower and wait for the “First Responders” to come save us. Young women are being told that it is better to be raped than protect themselves with a gun.

The brave high schooler that wrestled a gun away from another student gets suspended when he should receive a medal. See, he didn’t wait for “Capt. Planet”, the first responder to save the day. I was going to say Capt. America but that would be jingoistic. That young man took it upon himself and that just won’t do. I bet he’ll think twice before rescuing his fellow man captain planetand next time leave it to the professionals the way it is intended in the collective.

Maybe that’s what Obama meant when in 2008 he said, “We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.” Could it be that’s what Homeland needs those 1.6 billion rounds for?

We are being assimilated into the progressive’s idea of a peaceful utopia. I for one will not succumb because I know it can’t be done. This attempt, if allowed to continue, like every other time before it, will end badly.

5 Year Old Brought Up on Weapons Charge

Next Would-Be “Adam Lanza” Neutralized—With Her Bubble Gun

There are horrible tragedies that take place where people’s lives are changed forever with unforeseen violence. But those horrible tragedies are not made any less horrible when school authorities act like bullying morons on the pretense that they are “doing something” to prevent violence. A case in point:

“A 5-year-old kindergartner who told classmates she was going to shoot them, and then herself, with her pink bubble gun, was grilled for three hours by Mount Carmel school officials without her mother’s knowledge, then suspended, a family attorney said. The girl was initially kicked out for 10 days in what the school categorized as a “terroristic threat,” according to the kindergartner’s mother and confirmed by the family attorney. That suspension was reduced to two days and labeled as a ‘threat to harm others.’ Their names are being withheld to protect the girl’s identity.”

She was going to shoot them and herself with her pink Hello Kitty bubble gun because children get a kick standing in the path of a stream of air blown soap bubbles. This is no secret to anyone who knows kids and modern toys. And it has nothing in the world to do with “gun violence.” Nothing. Next, we’re going to hear about a Junior High art student thrown into jail for wanting to use the glue gun. Or a shop student will be “tazed” for using a staple gun to recover a chair. Are they Crazy?

by:  at Freedom Outpost & the Common Constitutionalist

Hunter Spanjer is just your average three-year old little boy. However, Spanjer is deaf and as a result uses sign language to communicate. So what’s the problem you ask? His school says the sign he uses for his name violates their weapons policy.

I know, it sounds utterly ridiculous. But you can’t make this stuff up. This is the logical conclusion of liberals when they talk about “zero tolerance.” But wait till you see what they point to as the violation of the “no weapons policy.

According to the Grand Island Nebraska school board’s policy, students are prohibited from possessing, handling or transmitting a “firearm weapon” or anything that “looks like a weapon.”

This is how Hunter signs his name and you see how the sign for ‘gun’ looks.

Right there in the last section should give anyone and everyone cause for alarm. Anything can be viewed as a weapon. The policy in that case does not even limit the weapon to a firearm. So kids have pencils and staplers. My goodness they carry paper. They might cut someone!
“He’s deaf, and his name sign, they say, is a violation of their weapons policy,” said Brian Spanjer, Hunter’s father. “It’s a symbol. It’s an actual sign, a registered sign, through S.E.E. (S.E.E. stands for Signing Exact English, Hunter’s sign language.)”

1011now reports,

“We are working with the parents to come to the best solution we can for the child,” said Jack Sheard, Grand Island Public Schools spokesperson.

That’s just about all GIPS officials will say for now.

Meantime, Hunter’s parents say that by Monday, lawyers from the National Association of the Deaf are likely to weigh in for Hunter’s right to sign his own name.

Despite whatever rules and regulations may exist, some Grand Islanders we spoke with said they don’t think it’s right to make a three year-old change the way he says his name.

One Grand Island resident said, “I find it very difficult to believe that the sign language that shows his name resembles a gun in any way would even enter a child’s mind.” I agree with this perfectly sane person.

I recall as a kid that we use to play with toy guns. We would climb trees and play army or cowboys and Indians. No one ever thought of picking up a real gun and shooting anyone. We knew better because our parents taught us better.

The situation is so absurd, even the liberal ACLU has lodged a complaint.

The fact that a school is this extreme tells me one thing, the parents need to protest this school system till they get them to remove such stupid measures (and the people who instituted them). And then, if they were wise, they would arm people at the schools and issue them CCW permits in order to defend these same children, should some person decide they want to go on a shooting spree. In addition I would propose that as moms and dads be instructing their children on gun safety and the responsible and efficient use of a firearm.

Leave Hunter alone. Leave his parents alone and for goodness sake teach kids what you are supposed to be teaching them and quit worrying about being politically correct. While Hunter is not of age to be in elementary school there, apparently this type of focus on silly PC policies is part of the problem that results in their test scores. Personally, I say the parents should take them out of public education in the first place and teach them at home. That would end this silliness if there were no children there for them to impose such nonsense.
