WND Exclusive – U.N.’S LOVE FOR ANTI-ISRAEL HATE GROUPS

Once again, the little Satan, Israel, has drawn the short straw on the world stage.

Hatred for Israel at the United Nations has been common knowledge for decades. Per capita, there may be more Israel-hating anti-Semites roaming the halls of the august Turtle Bay facility than in Iran.

Thankfully, President Trump is doing something about it. He should be congratulated for pulling America out of the corrupt UNESCO, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.

Where’s All the Global Warming?

by: the Common Constitutionalist

I don’t normally like to bash others just because they have a different point of view. However, regarding this topic, I take pleasure in verbally beating up on those members of the Church of Perpetual Heat; the man-made Global Warming nuts.

We in realville, as Rush calls it, realize that a cold winter does not equal a global cooling trend, but neither does a hot summer prove global warming.

Yet that is exactly what we hear from the so-called warming experts whenever the temperature drifts above 100°F. When the temperature dips, the same fools either ignore it or call it climate change.

We don’t normally hear from the “true believers”. We hear mostly from those who have and continue to benefit financially from the warming farce and those who just want control.

One can’t really blame the ignorant true believer. They have been pummeled, year after year, with the propagandist threats of “change your lifestyle to save the planet and reduce your carbon footprint”.

Yet here we are setting negative temperature records across the United States and it’s not even winter.

The city of Portland Oregon, with its record-setting cold temperatures, opened warming shelters this past weekend. The director of a local Portland nonprofit said his main job was just to keep people alive.

At the same time we in the United States are freezing our backsides off, the UN climate chief, Christiana Figueres, is busy trying to shut down coal-fired power plants worldwide.

As we know, coal is dirty and icky and pollutes mother Earth. It causes excess greenhouse gases which leads to global warming, don’t you know. Tell that to Portland’s homeless, dying in the streets from exposure.

The head of the World Coal Association, Milton Catelin said Figueres is, “ignoring reality. She comes from a perspective where the only challenge in the world today is global warming”.

Figueres is a man-made global warming nut, who just happens to come from tropical Costa Rica, where the high temperatures year-round are in the mid-80s and the lows in the high 60s, so naturally she has experienced nothing but warming.

A few days ago Rush Limbaugh mentioned a ridiculous article written in 2000 by Charles Onians. It appeared in the UK independent and was entitled: “Snowfalls Are Now Just a Thing of the Past”.

He wrote that warming, “is now accepted as reality in the international community”. He claimed that warming manifests itself in warmer winters and hotter summers. Brilliant!

The money quote is: “Children just aren’t going to know what snow is”. I guess “the children” didn’t attend any NFL games this past weekend or end up in a multicar pileup due to excessive ice and snow.

So here we are, a mere 13 years after Mr. Onians wrote his dimwitted article, and what do we hear?

A new cold temperature record has been set in East Antarctica. Although when all there is is ice and snow, how does one tell East Antarctica from West? Just asking.

Anyway, the temperature recorded was… are you ready for this?… -135.8°F. What does the U.N. have to say about that, Ms. Figueres?

Makes one wonder just how cold it would be without all this man-made global warming?

Saudi Arabia on the Human Rights Council

Saudi Arabia is a notorious abuser of human rights. Yet its record of religious, racial and anti-women bigotry doesn’t faze the U.N., which just elected it a human-rights watchdog on the world.

Starting Jan. 1, Saudi will serve on the U.N. Human Rights Council with newly elected members Britain and France. Astoundingly, it received 140 thumbs-up from members of the General Assembly, just about 30 votes shy of its Western counterparts.

No one opposed giving Riyadh authority to pass judgment on the West’s record of human rights. Yet as the U.N. was voting, Saudi religious police were killing and raping Christian migrant workers from Africa and Asia as part of a countrywide crackdown on foreigners. read more

Bomb Bomb Bomb Bomb Bomb, Iran

by: the Common Constitutionalist

How many years have we been hearing about Iran’s nuclear capability or at least their potential? It seems we’ve heard this refrain for a decade or so. Not a year goes by that we don’t hear that something must be done about Iran. That Iran is no more than a year or two away from developing a nuclear weapon that we can wait no longer. What will happen if we wait too long?

Any rationally thinking individual must know what will happen if Iran gets a weapon: say goodbye to Israel. But we’ve heard this refrain over and over again years.

So it’s not surprising that on October 6, just three weeks ago, AP reported that president Obama said U.S. intelligence agencies believe Iran is still “a year or more” away from producing a nuclear weapon. Obama said, “Our estimate is probably more conservative than the estimates of the Israeli intelligence services”.

And with that, Obama has placed more distance between the U.S. and Israel.

Yet not three weeks after Obama’s proclamation of the Iran’s nuclear program comes striking news. Iran maybe only a month or so away.

This blockbuster announcement comes from David Albright, nuclear expert and president of the Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS). Albright, a former UN weapons inspector for the IAEA made this determination by analyzing data from both UN and Iranian reports. read more

U.N. Loves Che

The United Nations’ cultural body is facing a backlash after it decided to honor the “life and works” of the Marxist Argentinian militant Che Guevara, a controversial figure long viewed as a hero of the left.

The U.N. Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) announced earlier this week that it would include Guevara’s “life and works” in its 2013 “Memory of the World Register,” which codifies historical material that has a “world significance and outstanding universal value.”

Guevara’s works were submitted to the register by Bolivia and Cuba in 2012. They were accepted earlier this week and endorsed by the director-general of UNESCO.

The announcement sparked an outcry from Cuban-American members of Congress and former U.S. officials who said the United Nations is sullying its reputation by honoring a revolutionary figure who murdered many innocent civilians.

“This cretin described himself as a ‘killing machine,’ and he worked in the service of a totalitarian regime,” Roger Noriega, a former State Department official and U.S. ambassador to the Organization for American States, told the Washington Free Beacon.

“The fact that he is an icon of the left is merely ridiculous,” Noriega said. “That his works would be honored by UNESCO is more evidence of the breathtaking hypocrisy and profound ignorance of that institution. The U.N. should be ashamed of perpetuating this diabolical myth for another generation. “

Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R., Fla.), a Cuban-American member of Congress, said in a statement that the UNESCO award borders on self-parody.

World Leaders for Barack

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Over the past several months, President Obama has been amassing the support of famous world leaders and other international notables (not to mention Hollywood Mensa members like Eva Longoria).

Well, I for one, think that’s terrific. It’s great to hear the rest of the world has as much confidence in our dear president as we do.

It’s not often, nor conventional, for foreign dignitaries to do such a thing. Most world leaders prefer to stay neutral so that they might have an opportunity to work with whichever side emerges victorious.

But these bold leaders are different. They choose not to “sell out” to convention.

So who might these world leaders be, you ask?

Well, there’s Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez, who, just recently, assured us he’d vote for Obama if he were from the United States. The America-bashing dictator made the announcement on state-owned television, saying “Obama is a good guy” and that if Obama was from Caracas, he’d surely return the favor by voting for Chavez.

Actually Hugo could just catch a flight into Los Angeles the morning of November 6th, cast his ballot (several times, if he so chooses) and catch the next flight back to Caracas.

Earlier in the year the government-official daughter of Cuban military dictator Raul Castro proclaimed her country’s support for Obama during a visit to the U.S. “I believe that Obama needs another opportunity and he needs greater support to move forward with his projects and with his ideas, which I believe come from the bottom of his heart,” Mariela Castro said during a cable news interview.

I agree that they come from the bottom of something.

Was the word “Forward” used intentionally or, in the words of the later painter, Bob Ross, ” just a happy accident”?

“Forward” is the official Obama re-election slogan and, if you recall, “forward” was also a well-known communist slogan. You may read about it here.

Putin called his U.S. counterpart “a genuine person” who “really wants to change much for the better.” Speaking to Russia’s state-run RT television channel, he said a second Obama term could help solve disputes over missile defense. By “solving” disputes, he means, we would unilaterally disarm, as Obama is already doing and Vlad would retain all Russia’s arsenal by not cutting their nuclear warhead stockpile. There, dispute solved.

As an aside; how come Obama can’t have a state-run television network like his contemporaries? Oh wait, he does. NBC, ABC, CBS, etc.

And why shouldn’t Puty Pute endorse Barack, after the now infamous chat between Obama and then president Dmitri Medvedev, where Barack told Dimitri, ” This is my last election. After my election, I have more flexibility”. Dimitri then reassures Obama, ” I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladamir”.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the benevolent president of Iran favors Barack over Mitt.

The French Socialist leader is a fan of Barack, yet the famous freedom fighter from Poland, Lech Walesa is not. He is supporting Mitt Romney. Lech probably just wants to take away Polish womens’ right to contraception, like Mitt. What a jerk.

United Nations special rapporteur (investigator) on counterterrorism and human rights Ben Emmerson came out and took aim at Republican candidate Mitt Romney on Friday telling The Canadian Press, “There is no doubt that the Romney administration would be able to claim — in the event of a Romney presidency — a democratic mandate for torture.” “That would put Romney as the first world leader in history to be able to claim a democratic mandate for torture,” Emmerson said. This is the same Emmerson who helped defend the radical cleric and terrorist Abu Qatada, as well as other terror suspects. Sounds like an Obama endorsement to me.

All these stalwarts of the free world endorsing one man. Barack must be so proud. After all, he says he favors coalition building and what a great one he has built.

Seriously, how is it these evil people all support the same American candidate? Does this not tell us something?

It would be like Charles Manson, Jeffrey Dahmer and O.J. all supporting the same person for Chief of Police. You know, the one who arrests the bad guys. Would that not be strange?

Would you not think, if these evil criminals are supporting the same individual as am I, at the very least, should I take another, more critical look at my candidate?

Rice should Resign

King: ‘Susan Rice Should Resign’

By Katrina Trinko at NATIONAL REVIEW ONLINE

comments, as always, by yours truly [ ]

House Homeland Security Committee chairman Pete King is calling on U.N. ambassador Susan Rice to resign over her comments on the Sunday talk shows September 16 regarding the Libyan attacks.

“I think Susan Rice should resign. She is America’s foreign policy spokesman to the world as ambassador to the U.N.,” King, a Republican congressman from New York, tells National Review Online. [ Who do you suppose Obama might choose to replace her, Louis Farrakhan? I heard the Blind Sheikh will be available soon. Maybe he could represent this administration? He’d fit right in at the U.N. ]

Rice appeared on five Sunday morning shows five days after the attacks.  On ABC’s This Week, she said, “Our current best assessment, based on the information that we have at present, is that, in fact, what this began as, it was a spontaneous – not a premeditated – response to what had transpired in Cairo,” despite the fact that U.S. officials knew terrorism was involved within 24 hours after the attack. [ Actually, the State Department knew well in advance. Blaming Rice is ridiculous. She was towing the administration line. ]

“Very nice person, very smart,” King says of Rice, “but the fact is she gave out information which was either intentionally or unintentionally misleading and wrong and there should be consequences for that. And I don’t see how she didn’t know how that information was wrong. What she could have and should have said was the final word isn’t in yet, certainly strong evidence that there was strong terrorist involvement, [but identifying] the exact nature it’ll  take us a few more days. That would have been legitimate.”

[ Okay, can we just put this, “nice person” crap away. It has nothing to do with anything, and how many “nice people” will sit there and lie to whole world five separate times. I’ve heard that about Obama also. He’s a nice person, just misguided. I personally can’t name a single marxist, communist or anticolonialist I would consider to be “nice”. ]

King also called for an investigation into what was known before the attack. “This warrants a full investigation,” he says. “I believe there should be a congressional investigation. I think there should be an internal investigation.” [ Yes, like the recent investigation into the “Fast and Furious” scandal that basically exonerated Eric Holder. I’m sure he’s a “nice person” too. ]

Benghazi, he adds, “was a hotbed of al-Qaeda activity, of militia activity, of terrorist activity. We knew that the facilities that we were using there were not adequately fortified. These were temporary, basically private residences which had almost none of the protections that a consulate should have.” [ Has anyone, save for a few of us, even asked what the ambassador was doing there? You may wish to re-read “Benghazi was no Coincidence”  ]

“To allow the American ambassador to go there,” he continues, “ to allow us to keep records or documentation there or anything  in such an unsecure and such a dangerous area and such unsecure facilities with such little security appears to be gross negligence, and may be criminal negligence.” [ Unless it was not a consulate, but a CIA safe house ]

He also criticized the administration’s reluctance to call the attacks terrorism. “Either they intentionally mislead the American people or they were extremely uninformed,” King remarks. “Neither excuse is very good. From the start, I can see them saying we’re not certain what caused it, but the presumption from the start should have been that it was a terrorist attack or the terrorist were heavily involved.” [ I wish someone would just come out and state the obvious; This administration, from the top down, is filled with bad people who don’t appear at all concerned with our security, or that of our allies ]

Obama, he speculates, had political reasons to avoid calling it terrorism. “What I believe now is that the president is so fixated on convincing the American people that we have defeated al-Qaeda and that al-Qaeda is no longer a real threat by saying this was a terrorist attack, or by acknowledge a terrorist attack,  it would be looked upon as a defeat for his policies against al-Qaeda,” King says. [ No need for speculation Mr. King. It’s a fact ]

We Must be LOST

by:

Just like a horror movie series, evil-minded Soviet-era treaties just keep coming back to life, aided by their acolytes in the United States Senate.

John Kerry, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and mate of the Heinz ketchup fortune, last week decided to revisit the aptly named Law of the Sea Treaty — or LOST.

This treaty was originally rejected by President Reagan, but the LOST agenda has been lurking around the corridors of the United Nations ever since.

The treaty, which was endorsed by the former Soviet Union, would reduce our military power, rob us of rights over our own coastal resources, subject U.S. actions in international waters to the authority of foreign countries and submit our country to an international taxing agency that would “redistribute” our wealth to other nations, including some of our enemies.

Naturally, the liberals like it. And by liberals I mean not just Democrats but some of the RINOs hiding in the GOP camp, such as the five living Republican secretaries of state, from Kissinger to Rice.

The best reasons conjured for approving LOST include joining the international community in regulating the seas, “having a seat at the table” to negotiate rights over resources and having legal recourse should other nations violate our rights. Most incredibly, promoters of this treaty seem to think we’ll believe it increases our national security.

First, joining the international community to regulate the seas: We can already do that without the United Nations being given authority over us. It’s called diplomacy and negotiation.

Having a seat at the table: Unless you’re talking about an invitation to a gourmet feast or at least Thanksgiving dinner, a seat at the table isn’t worth much. Easy marks have a seat at the table, then they get taken for everything they’re worth and dumped in a back alley for their trouble.

Legal recourse against other nations that violate our rights: We have that already, again without the U.N. It’s called the United States military –and it’s a lot more effective than a pronouncement from some international courtroom.

As for increasing our national security, only a liberal could think that joining a treaty that requires us to give away secrets and our best technology to foreign nations that may use it against us is a way to secure the country.

The biggest stupidity of this treaty, however, is its granting of taxing authority to a Jamaica-based International Seabed Authority, especially at a time when the U.S. economy is suffering under its third year of recession. To raise taxes now would drive a stake through American businesses and the middle class.

The LOST convention represents a complete violation of the trust voters put in their representatives. Naturally, President Obama is already on board. Conservative voters need to tell their Senators to vote against it and keep LOST from being ratified.

They Like Us, They Really Like Us

from:

Our government thinks that if we give money to nations that want to destroy us that somehow they’ll learn to like us. Don’t believe it. They only think we’re stupid and weak. The money we’ve sent to these backward and violent regimes have only been used to prop up dictators who keep most of the money for themselves. When their rulers are finally overthrown, the people blame the United States for keeping the tyrants in power.

How well did our foreign aid do in Egypt? How is it doing in Syria with the slaughter of innocent children? All foreign aid should be stopped. If wealth redistribution is hurting the poor in the United States, why do we think it’s going to help in other nations? What we should be exporting is a worldview that — moral, religious, economic, and political — that will help these nations transform themselves.

How much support have the following regimes given the United States when it came time for them to vote at the United Nations? (Following this voting list, take a look at how much foreign aid money we dole out to some of these nations):

  1. Kuwait votes against the United States 67% of the time (how quickly they forget)
  2. Qatar votes against the United States 67% of the time
  3. Morocco votes against the United States 70% of the time
  4. United Arab Emirates votes against the United States 70% of the time.
  5. Jordan votes against the United States 71% of the time.
  6. Tunisia votes against the United States 71% of the time.
  7. Saudi Arabia votes against the United States 73% of the time.
  8. Yemen votes against the United States 74% of the time.
  9. Algeria votes against the United States 74% of the time.
  10. Oman votes against the United States 74%of the time.
  11. Sudan votes against the United States 75% of the time.
  12. Pakistan votes against the United States 75% of the time.
  13. Libya votes against the United States 76% of the time.
  14. Egypt votes against the United States 79% of the time.
  15. Lebanon votes against the United States 80% of the time.
  16. India votes against the United States 81% of the time.
  17. Syria votes against the United States 84% of the time.
  18. Mauritania votes against the United States 87% of the time.

United States Foreign Aid to those that hate us:

  1. Egypt, after voting 79% of the time against the United States, still receives $2,000,000,000 annually in US Foreign Aid.
  2. Jordan votes 71% against the United States and receives $192,814,000 annually in US Foreign Aid.
  3. Pakistan votes 75% against the United States and receives $6,721,000,000 annually in US Foreign Aid.
  4. India votes 81%

Helen is a Stand-Up Gal

JERUSALEM (The Blaze/AP) — The top Palestinian envoy to the U.S. has honored longtime journalist and former White House correspondent Helen Thomas in an award ceremony.

A Palestinian official says Maen Erekat, the PLO representative in Washington, hosted Thomas at a dinner at his residence.

The storied columnist, who is 91, was forced stepped down two years ago from her job with the Hearst Newspaper chain after video footage emerged showing her outside the White House saying Israelis should “get the hell out of Palestine.”

*Thomas was born of Lebanese immigrants. We all know Israel & Lebanon are not exactly bossom buddies. Maybe that has something to do with her hatred of Israel.

*Doesn’t Helen Thomas, the lover of the United Nations, recall who established Israel in 1948? Of course it was her beloved U.N. Does that mean the U.N. was wrong Helen? Sorry for the digression.

The Palestinian official says the event was to honor Thomas for her “stand against the occupation.” He spoke on condition of anonymity because of what he described as the issue’s sensitivity.

Israel isn’t too happy about the event. Israel’s ambassador to the U.S. Michael Oren told Israeli news outlet Haaretz on Tuesday that it shows the Palestinians don’t want to meet the “basic requisites of peace.”

Oren added he was “appalled by the award ceremony given by the PLO delegation in Washington to Helen Thomas, who has been completely shunned by all decent Americans after making anti-Semitic remarks, along with teaching Palestinian children to hate the Jewish State and to glorify suicide bombers.”

According to a PLO statement obtained by Haaretz, the PLO “presented Thomas with the appreciation and blessing of the president and the Palestinian people, for all of her actions supporting Palestine in the West.”
