Video Podcast – A Confluence of Two Schemes

Red Flags and Deep Fakes

by: Brent Smith at the Common Constitutionalist

There are currently two things happening in America that could be devastating to our people. Two things, which if used by the correct villainous individual or group, could cripple one’s reputation, ruin one’s life, or much much worse.

One high-tech and one decided low. One can negatively affect a single individual and the other could potentially rock the entire nation and send us spiraling into Civil War.

This is not hyperbole. I am deadly serious.

The two are Red Flag laws and Deep Fake Videos. read more

Very Few Mass Shooters are White Nationalists

by: Brent Smith for World Net Daily:

And frankly, very few mass-shooters are even white.

Still, leftist media outlets are happy to speak of the number of mass shootings in America. And they are particularly happy to speak, in detail, of mass shootings they can pin on white nationalists, or frankly any white shooter.

And why? Well, two reasons. Their hatred of guns and their disdain for President Trump.

Most will be shocked to hear that in 2019, the number of mass shootings already ranges from 200 to 255 nationwide. According to HuffPost, “the grim tally now stands at 255.” I won’t dispute the accuracy of this claim here. read more

I Guess There’s Never a Good Time to be Fiscally Responsible

What a shocker. Congress’s last day in session for a month is this Friday and low and behold, we have a budget which must be passed before they leave, or the world will end … or something.

It’s the oldest trick in the book. Wait til the last minute. Then insist that we will default on our debt, grandma won’t get her new teeth and children will go hungry, but only children of color.

I guess what Mitch McConnell said is true. There will be no more government shutdowns.

On Monday Trump, by way of Treasury Secretary, Steve Mnuchin, and the leaders of both Parties got together to avoid another dreaded shutdown.

As if the last one was any big deal in retrospect. Remember at the beginning of 2019 – the world-ending, 35 day federal government shutdown. It went from December 22, 2018 until January 25, 2019. Recall the pain and suffering it caused all Americans?

Barely, you say? You’re not alone. Even just weeks after the shutdown ended, do we recall the follow-up reporting of ongoing or continued struggles of some 800,000 people that were affected? No? read more

America is Truly the Only Great Nation

The snobbish British Ambassador to the United States is not a Trump fan. And that’s putting it mildly.

“Sir Kim Darroch [known to some as Sir Douche of Bag], one of Britain’s top diplomats, used secret cables and briefing notes to impugn Trump’s character, warning London that the White House was ‘uniquely dysfunctional’ and that the President’s career could end in ‘disgrace’,” writes the Daily Mail.

Evolved globalists have always had a problem with any President who wishes to put America first, and they especially hate Trump for actually stating it and setting out to accomplish it. This, in domestic and international political circles, is just not done. Nuance and platitudes are the accomplishments of diplomats – not actually getting things done. And certainly not to benefit the United States.

It’s as if Trump doesn’t understand America’s place in the global community hierarchy. We are supposed to sit quietly in the corner and let the smart people run things. Oh, but we’re expected to pay for everything, just for the privilege of breathing the same rarified air. read more

WND Exclusive – THERE’S NOTHING SACRED ABOUT ‘PRECEDENT’

from Brent Smith for World Net Daily:

We constitutional conservatives agree that precedent is rarely a good thing.

Beyond the crafting of our original documents and some, but not all, constitutional amendments, I can think of no precedent that has ended other than badly for America.

Oftentimes precedents begin innocently enough and with supposed good intentions. But once that framework has been set, or that foundation laid, more often than not those with less than good intentions are free to cite the original to justify building upon it.

And so it will be for us if President Trump decides to set a precedent and declare a national emergency on our Southern border. I don’t just mean in order to procure some funds for the wall, which for months has been tied up in the courts. Hardly earth-shattering. I mean a full-blown national emergency declaration, shutting the border down, as he threatened to do. read more

Dems Not to Lose Strategy is a sure fire Win for Trump

by: Brent Smith at the Common Constitutionalist

A couple of days ago I ran across an article on the Atlantic website entitled, “How Not to Lose to Donald Trump,” by none other than Rahm Emanuel, current Mayor of Chicago, and former Chief of Staff/Consigliere to then president Barack Obama.

He is famous, or infamous, for the saying, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. … This crisis provides the opportunity for us to do things that you could not before.”

And this, of course, goes for real and imagined or fabricated crises.

But coming from someone like Emanuel, I thought this strategy odd, that he would play not to lose instead of playing to win.

From the get-go, my first reaction was football. read more

Enough Crying Over a National Emergency

Please – enough crying over the use of the National Emergencies Act. As you read this, keep in mind that are are no fewer than 31 “National Emergencies” that have been declared by various presidents over the years that are STILL in effect today. Of course no one who is opposed to Trump’s declaration will ever divulge this information.

There are no two people on this planet whom I’m trust more regarding the Constitution and what is constitutional than Mark Levin and Senator Mike Lee. Both of these constitutional heavy-weights say that the president is acting constitutionally by declaring this national emergency. That’s all I need to know. And another little secret is that each must renewed every year.

from the Conservative Review:

The mainstream media has begun its ritual of hysteria in response to President Trump’s intention to declare a national emergency on the southern border to appropriate military funding to build the wall. A headline from NBC News declares Trump is “forcing a constitutional crisis.” Even some Republican senators are saying the president shouldn’t declare a national emergency.

In a Facebook noteLevinTV host Mark Levin tears that argument apart: read more

Nothing has Changed at the FBI

from The American Thinker:

The gangsters at the FBI

Twenty-nine agents went to arrest 66-year-old Roger Stone, a longtime Trump supporter. The agents went in full battle dress in the early morning hours, as if mounting an attack on an enemy position during a full-blown war.

Stone stands accused of lying to the FBI. He poses no threat of resistance. At his age and given his peaceful, good-citizen background, there was no reason to expect trouble arresting him. Yet 29 agents showed up, armed to the teeth, as if Stone were Carlos Escobar, ready to fight to the death. read more

MS-13 is Back in the News and It’s All Trump’s Fault

by: Brent Smith at The Common Constitutionalist

The savage immigrant gang, MS-13, is back in the news. I guess they are always in the news, as these animals (h/t: president Trump) never take a break. Let’s just say they’re back in the national news. CNN’s Sunday website homepage featured no less than five stories about the gang.

The gang made the national headlines once again, due to a high profile murder that occurred less than two weeks ago.

We may remember a 16 old girl and her friend were viciously attacked and murdered on Long Island on September 13, 2016. You may also recall that the 16 old victim’s mother Evelyn Rodriguez, was recognized by President Trump during his State of the Union address.

On Friday, September 14, Ms. Rodriguez was struck and killed by an SUV. The driver of the vehicle had been arguing with Evelyn, when he just sped forward, struck and killed her. Congressman Peter King (R-NY) was on his way to meet Evelyn at her daughter’s grave site when he got word of the murder.

And that should be the end of it – a tragic occurrence. Police have the driver in custody and have yet to disclose his ties to MS-13, if any. read more
