$22 Million – The Cost of Policing Loony Protesters

Protests against the Dakota Access Pipeline continue, but you’d never know about the cost for policing those protests after watching some news coverage.

According to January 9 figures from the Morton County (North Dakota) Sheriff’s Department, state and local response to pipeline protests has cost $22.3 million thus far. But Media Research Center and its Newsbusters division says the broadcast evening news shows paid no attention to that on January 10. read more

Planned Parenthood is back in the news. Hooray! They took a well-deserved hit after the videos emerged of just what an awful place it is and how awful some of the people who run these places are. Unfortunately not enough of a hit, as they are still in business.

But now, with eugenist-loving Hillary Clinton running for president, Planned Parenthood is preparing its triumphant comeback. Not just to defend its vile practice, but actually promote it as part of Hillary’s campaign. Hooray again!

OneNewsNow (ONN) reports that, “While Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards proclaimed to an Ohio crowd on Wednesday [10/05] that it is an ‘exciting thing’ to hear women ‘tell their abortion stories’ to help promote the procedure, the abortion giant also announced it is launching a $30 million army to storm the country campaigning for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.”

Wow – I know I’m very excited to hear some good-ole `round the campfire abortion stories. Maybe Cecile can record them as childrens’ bedtime stories. That would be great – you know – get the little girls started early. read more

Cleveland – Give it a Rest … Room

from: OneNewsNow

Women and men in the city of Cleveland will soon be charged with $1,000 criminal fines for voicing a problem or discomfort about a person of the opposite sex using their restrooms. This also goes for businesses that express customers’ uneasiness over a person of the opposite sex visiting the inappropriate (or non-traditional) restroom. Cleveland schools must abide by the ordinance.

Cleveland’s recently proposed and reviewed “transgender-inclusion bathroom and locker room ordinance” is not the first of its kind, as Houston and numerous other cities have also visited or enforced measures that award local residents the special right to use whatever facility they choose, regardless of their natural gender.

City officials behind the new law argue that those opposed to the ordinance need to wake up and adjust to the so-called going trend of society.

As key sponsors of the “public accommodations” section of the legislation affecting private businesses, Councilmen Matt Zone and Joe Cimperman stress that the new law was created to grant transgender people the choice to visit any restroom they choose to cater to whatever whim they have — regarding their gender identity issues. read more

America is the Problem – Not ISIS

from: OneNewsNow

An author and terrorism expert says he is not surprised that students at one of America’s most prestigious universities would claim America is a bigger threat to world peace than the radical terrorist organization ISIS.

That was indeed the response from Harvard students interviewed by a blog known as Campus Reform.

“American imperialism and our protection of oil interests in the Middle East are destabilizing the region and allowing groups like ISIS to gain power,” one student was quoted on the blog. read more
