So is this the way it’s going to go?

For months, we on the right have been bemoaning the rhetoric and violence of the left. For months right wing media has pointed out the outrageous behavior of leftist politicians like Maxine Waters for encouraging and inciting violence.

We’ve endlessly illustrated her now infamous screech-fest recorded in late June, 2018, in which she said: “If you see anybody from the cabinet, in a restaurant, in department store, at a gasoline station – you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them.”

This, we on the right claim, is utterly unacceptable behavior in a civilized society. And we’re correct. It is utterly unacceptable behavior.

But they did what old Maxine asked of them. Mobs formed to confront conservatives and Republicans. And sorry to Brooke Baldwin of CNN for using the ‘m’ word. Recall she said “Oh, you’re not going to use the ‘mob’ word,” in reaction to fellow leftist and Daily Beast senior columnist Matt Lewis’s description of Ted Cruz being chased out of a restaurant. read more

During the final, torturous week in which our nation collectively lost its marbles over the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, I happened to be out of the country. This was a fantastic decision on my part — one could not feel the surge of unhinged panic in France, where people just kind of sauntered around as usual, smoking cigarettes, and looking vaguely aloof — but I also apparently missed some very exciting news.
