The Power of Victimization

It’s quite obvious that Islam is treated much differently than are all other religions.

Check that. After further reflection, it is treated differently than all but one other religion. I overlooked the religion of leftism, which, like Islam, is both religious and political.

Islam is a religion which also has a command and control political machine. Radical Islamists seek to control every aspect of life. Radical leftism, the other side of the same coin, is a command and control political machine, which is treated like a religion, demanding blind faith of its followers, and also seeks to control every aspect of life.

And both have yet another thing in common, and that is victimization. Like leftism, Islamic victimization extends well beyond our borders.

In a case of hyper-#MeToo victimization, a doctor in Great Britain is in peril of losing his entire medical practice over one unsubstantiated claim by a Muslim woman. And the woman wasn’t even the patient. read more

Three Political Philosophies that Don’t Work

On January 3, 2019, Fox News commentator, Tucker Carlson took to the airwaves. His 15 minute monologue created quite a stir amongst both the left and right.

It caused enough of a stir that everyone from New York Times opinion columnist, Ross Douthat, to National Review’s David French weighed in on it.

Please review Douthat’s column here, and French’s here.

Putting aside Carlson’s comments regarding Mitt Romney’s excoriating of Donald Trump – Tucker makes some good and not-so-good points, as do those who critiqued him.

Tongue-in-cheek, Carlson says that, “The overriding goal for America is more prosperity, meaning cheaper consumer goods. But is that still true?”

Well, for most, that’s never been true. He correctly explains that Americans just want to be happy, satisfied and fulfilled with, “Dignity. Purpose. Self-control. Independence. Above all, deep relationships with other people.” read more

#WalkAway and Turning Point USA Should Join Forces

Or at the very least, give the brave #WalkAway converts a platform to help them spread their word of freedom and conversion. In my opinion, it’s a perfect fit.

Both movements cater to a similar demographic, say the 18 to 35 crowd, as older leftists tend to be more set in their ways, more averse to change, or frankly even opening their minds long enough to see and hear another view.

For those unfamiliar, Brandon Straka, the founder of #WalkAway, describes the movement thusly: “The #WalkAway Campaign is the movement bringing Americans together to #WalkAway from intolerance and societal discord; to leave i

dentity politics behind; and to walk towards unity, civility, respect, and the American ideals of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all.”

The Turning Point, “organization’s mission is to identify, educate, train, and organize students to promote the principles of freedom, free markets, and limited government.” read more

Trump Derangement is Metastasizing

Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is alive, not well, getting worse, and would not be allowed anywhere, or at any other time in otherwise polite society. As bad as Obama was, I can’t think of an incident where someone was attacked or even berated for merely voting for the guy.

TDS started out rather like a joke or comic meme, as a way of describing commentators, angry at the result of the 2016 Presidential election. And they appeared not to be upset that Hillary didn’t win – for no one, not even her supporters really like Hillary. She just happened to be the next one up – the most current leftist in which to maintain the statist status quo. It was that and she was not Trump. And as we know and were witness to, their dreams were shattered on that November night, in favor of the billionaire Neanderthal.

But TDS and radical leftism is metastasizing. By this I mean that it is spreading from the theoretical, to being a strictly verbal or gestural expression, to now, physical manifestation. Those afflicted, like addicts, can no longer control their baser impulses. read more

Prager University – Fascism is just Another Form of Socialism

The left wants us to believe that conservatives and those on the right are fascists. But Dinesh D’Souza for Prager University explains just what fascism truly is and who the father, or philosopher, of fascism is.

He tells us that the father of fascism was an Italian, Giovanni Gentile. D’Souza also explains that fascism is decidedly leftist as Gentile, a committed socialist, was influenced by his mentor Karl Marx.

Dinesh adds that simply put, “Fascists are socialists with a national identity.”

Man Explains why He’s Walking Away from the Left

A rather remarkable thing has begun in America. It’s an awakening of sorts. Check that. It’s not “of sorts.” It is an absolute awakening. It’s been dubbed as #Walkaway.

As most know, I, the Common Constitutionalist, was not, am not, and will never be an “Ever-Trumper.” I wholeheartedly support the president when I believe he is right and constitutional on policy, and call him out when he strays. As the saying goes: “It’s not personal – it’s just business.” Being a Never-Trumper or Ever-Trumper is just silly and irrational.

But thank heavens for president Trump and the many things he has accomplished thus far. Most have been well publicized as good or evil, but known to most nonetheless. And most leftist campaigns against him have been equally well publicized.

However, one campaign may not – at least not yet. It’s called the #Walkaway movement, and I don’t think it would have begun without Trump being elected.

Up until this last presidential election, Ronald Reagan was the most hated Republican president. Reagan was labeled as the amiable dunce by the left, and to be sure, was hated by them. But as much as they disliked Reagan’s policies, the left didn’t suffer from Reagan Derangement Syndrome. Nor did they of either George Bush. read more

WND Exclusive – Harvey Weinstein: Product of the Leftist System

The left is a breeding ground for the worst kinds of people. The latest example is, of course, the despicable

ICK!!

Harvey Weinstein. For decades he has abused females in the movie and television industry. He lorded his power and influence over these poor women – making or breaking their careers by means of the sexual favors they could provide to him. All the while other leftists looked the other way or covered for him.

We all know that Hollywood is a sewer; Weinstein is just the latest sewer rat to be nailed. But, as I said – it’s not just Hollywood. Hollywood is a mere subset. For the left, immoral and amoral behavior is common. Harvey is a just another product of the system – the progressive leftist system. read more
