My Weekly WND Exclusive – The Clueless Left’s Alignment with Radical Islam

I recently wrote an article on the Day Without a Woman protest, or strike, or whatever it turned out to be.

Unbeknownst to every participant, I’m sure, the women’s protest for equality (or whatever the heck it was) was not organized by concerned citizens or even feminist groups like the National Organization for Women. It was in fact organized largely by extremist Islamists – one a Shariah law advocate and another a known terrorist.

One of the various ways the Muslim Brotherhood has had success infiltrating American society is that they organize and involve themselves in events to co-opt liberal causes, further advancing their radical Islamic ideology. They also promote liberal causes in an effort to piggyback onto any potential legislative measure created to placate whiny leftists. This is part of their overall plan, which has been dubbed Civilization Jihad. read more

The Pope has Taken Another Hard Left Turn

by: the Common Constitutionalist

I’ve expressed my perplexity with the present Vicar of Christ in the past and it doesn’t appear I’ll be jumping on his band-wagon anytime soon.

By all accounts, Pope Francis is a good guy. Of course he’s a good guy – he’s the head of the Catholic Church – revered by millions! But, as I’ve stated before – I’m not Catholic – so to me, he’s just a man – flawed like me and you.

That being said – I have been tough on him in the past and as I am not Catholic, when he says or does something I consider to be a bit off (in my opinion), I call him on it – the way I would anyone else, or anyone might do of me.

Among the many faults we conservatives find of the left is their use of moral relativism. Being that the Pope appears to have liberal and socialist leanings, his use of moral relativism should not be surprising. But this doesn’t seem to jibe with a laymen’s view of the Catholic Church – which has always been culturally or socially conservative.

Yet this Pope has waded into a number of hot social and political topics since being elevated and most of his opinions have taken a decidedly liberal bent – and this one is no different.

On a plane ride back to the Vatican from a trip to Poland, Pope Francis revealed his thoughts on Islamic violence. He said: “I think it is not right to identify Islam with violence. This is not right and this is not true.” read more

Pokémon-Go is Un-Islamic Harmful Mania

by: the Common Constitutionalist

This year, February 27, Pokémon (pocket monster) turned 20. It was created by Japanese game designer Satoshi Tajiri for Nintendo as a video game for the old Gameboy handheld video game platform. My sons still own theirs. It was introduced to the United States in 1998. Nintendo was quick to capitalize on its popularity. The video game soon spawned a celebrated trading card game, books, movies and a television series. The tag line of Pokémon is: “Gotta Catch Em All.”

Since then, at least a few of the Pokémon characters have gained international recognition. One of the most recognized characters, called Pikachu, was made into a five story tall Thanksgiving Day parade balloon.

But like most everything else, particularly in the what-have-done-for-me-lately world of video games, all things must come to an end – except Pokémon.

Unless you have been living under a rock – and even then it would be hard to miss the hundreds and thousands of people in any given geographic area that appear to just be walking around aimlessly. The one thing they all have in common is the smartphone, which they stare into as they stroll about. read more

Understanding the Doctrine of Jihad

from Middle East Forum:

In his June 14 address to the nation, President Obama attributed Omar Mateen’s attack on patrons of Orlando, Fla.’s, Pulse nightclub to “homegrown extremism,” saying “we currently do not have any information to indicate that a foreign terrorist group directed the attack.”

While Obama acknowledged that the Islamic State has called for attacks around the world against “innocent civilians,” he suggested these calls were incidental, emphasizing that Mateen was a “lone actor” and “an angry, disturbed, unstable young man” susceptible to being radicalized “over the Internet.”

It is a terrible thing to misunderstand one’s enemy so deeply. The doctrine of jihad invoked by terrorist groups is an institution with a long history, grounded in legal precedent going back to the time of Muhammad.

Militants who invoke the doctrine of jihad follow principles influenced by Islamic law. The point to be grasped is that the doctrinal basis of jihad generates conditions that can incite “bottom-up” terrorism, which does not need to be directed by jihadi organizations. read more

New State Law Will Establish a Permanent Muslim Advisory Council

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Many ethnic groups in America have representation in local, state and the federal government, but thanks to Justice Hugo Black, religion isn’t afforded the same benefit.

One can be a member of the Congressional Black Caucus and be a Christian, Hindu, Muslim, etc. For example, the Congressional Black Caucus is said to address the concerns of all black Americans, regardless of religion. (They don’t really, but this is just to make a point).

Yet due to the mythical separation of church and state, religious organizations are not allowed a seat at the government table – until now.

Once again, like a broken record, there is one “religion” that is extended privileges historically afforded to only secular groups. And of course this is Islam, or what the left has come to call it – the Muslim community – as if Muslim is now an ethnicity.

Thanks to the tireless work by the radicals of the Muslim Brotherhood, “Illinois could become the first state with a law on the books that gives Muslims a formal voice in government.” The state law would mandate that a 21 member Council “advise the governor and General Assembly on issues affecting Muslim Americans and immigrants.” read more

Muslims vs Christians – Round Whatever

by: the Common Constitutionalist

It’s been the same old song for centuries – Muslims versus Christians. Actually, I suppose more accurately put would be Muslims versus – well, everyone else – Christians, Jews, Hindus, atheists – everyone. No other religion or community can coexist with adherent Muslims.

But more and more it is the Christians who incur the wrath of Muslims worldwide. It’s almost as if Muslims are trying to purge Christians from the world, particularly the Middle East and the surrounding regions.

Take Pakistan for example. There is a village in that country where the Muslim leadership has issued an ultimatum to all Christians living in Manta Bahauddin’s Chak 44. Heck of a name for a village, I know. And to make matters worse, if that’s possible, the Muslim majority has demanded the immediate surrender of a Christian for the horrific crime of watching a blasphemous video on his phone.

Naturally the child will stand trial and if found guilty, the youth will be forced to pay a fine and maybe do some community service. To us this still doesn’t exactly sound like reasonable punishment for simply viewing what the Muslim majority deemed as “blasphemous,” but it’s not terrible. True enough – if that’s what is planned for the young man. read more

MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD: FOUNDERS OF MODERN TERRORISM

Only one name comes to mind when discussing terrorism these days – ISIS. And as well it should. It is the group causing the most problems for the West. We hardly hear anymore of al-Qaeda or the myriad other Islamic terror organizations.

Yet, as we know, ISIS is just the latest – merely an offshoot of al-Qaida, which was created from the remnants of the Mujahedeen and so on – but it was actually the Muslim Brotherhood that started it all. Yes, the Brotherhood, which our own politicians have described as being the most reasonable and moderate. The Muslim Brotherhood, whose members roam the halls of the Capitol and White House.

It is they who are the true founders of the modern-day Islamic terror movement and they who grew under the direct tutelage of the Third Reich. Yes – the Nazis. read more

Radical Islam vs. Free Speech

by: the Common Constitutionalist

I’ve written dozens of articles and broadcast many podcasts on the topic of Islam. For those who have read and listened to mine and others, you can be sure you are far better informed on the subject than virtually all other non-Muslims throughout the world.

We’ve learned about the Five Pillars of Islam, the prophet Muhammad, Sharia, the Caliphate, the Mahdi (the Twelfth Imam) and jihad. We understand by listening to well-known Islamists such as Anjem Choudary that Muhammad had prophesized that Islam “will one day dominate the whole world, such as that Allah (SWT) showed him the east and the west and the authority of the Ummah (Muslims) was over the whole of it, i.e. over the whole world including the USA, Russia, China, India etc.” We know this is not idle propaganda – they really believe this to be true and are battling everyday to achieve it.

Islamists like Choudary preach that “Muslims must believe in and try to realize through their daw’ah (propagation of Islam) and through the establishment of the Khilafah (the Islamic State) whose foreign policy will be jihad to remove all obstacles in the way of the implementation of Islam (i.e. the sharia) everywhere – that a Muslim must not obey, submit or follow anyone or anything other than Allah in his life. This means that democracy is anathema to Islam…”

Knowing all these things, one can only conclude, by their own words, that Western democracy is utterly incompatible with Islam. Whether they are radical Islamists like ISIS and al-Qaeda, who attempt to conquer by force, or supposedly non-violent groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood and Hizb-ut Tahrir, who seek to conquer the West by way of Civilization Jihad, the end is still the same – the replacement of democracy and republicanism with theocracy. read more

Podcast – Time For Trump To Grow Up – Students Forcibly Immersed In Islam

In this episode I’ll be speaking about an article written by one of my heroes, Thomas Sowell. He rightly asks if we should trust Trump to be President, considering his demonstrably juvenile behavior over the past several months and his apparent limited understanding of the office of President.

In segment two I discuss a former marine and his wife who filed a lawsuit against their daughter’s school for forcing her class to study the Islamic religion in a history class, while virtually neglecting all other religions.

Witness the Tolerance of Islam

by: the Common Constitutionalist

I’d like build upon the article I wrote yesterday entitled, “Stop Making Excuses for Islam.” In it I expressed my frustration over the constant refrain from Islam apologists that “That Is Not Islam,” every time a Muslim expresses his intolerance of something outside his “faith.”

I am reminded of the idiotic remark said by president Obama in Egypt while on his infamous “Apology Tour” of 2009.  Actually, he said a lot of stupid things like, “The relationship between Islam and the West includes centuries of coexistence and cooperation, but also conflict and religious wars.” Well, he’s half right, but it certainly isn’t the “coexistence and cooperation” part.

But what should have garnered the biggest laugh was this:

“I’ve come here to Cairo to seek a new beginning between the United States and Muslims around the world, one based on mutual interest and mutual respect, and one based upon the truth that America and Islam are not exclusive and need not be in competition. Instead, they overlap, and share common principles — principles of justice and progress; tolerance and the dignity of all human beings.” read more
