It’s a Big Nope For Mayor Pete

from the American Spectator:

Nobody ever really bought into Pete Buttigieg, did they? He wasn’t exactly a plausible presidential candidate, and the first question anybody ought to ask themselves before running for something like president of the United States of America is, “Am I plausible?”

Buttigieg was like the little ant who thought he could move the rubber tree plant in the Frank Sinatra song. But unlike the ant or Sinatra’s ram, who head-butts a hydroelectric dam until it collapses, high hopes don’t often translate into results in American politics — particularly when those hopes run counter to obvious reality. Let’s talk about that as the first item in this week’s edition of Five Quick Things.

WND Exclusive – Is Bernie Soros’ Puppet to Remake (destroy) America?

from Brent Smith for World Net Daily:

If this doesn’t get you out to vote, nothing will. And it’s just three simple words. Simple, but excruciatingly painful: President Bernie Sanders.

The old saying, elections have consequences, is no truer than it is today. And I can think of nothing more consequential than the election of Sanders.

I would estimate that the vast majority of ignorant millennials and college students who have and will cast a ballot for Sanders have no idea what they’re really voting for.

All they know is that Bernie has promised them an endless array of free stuff and money.

But below the surface lies a horror of unimaginable misery – something Americans have never experienced. read more

WND Exclusive – Let’s Compare the Candidates’ Families

from Brent Smith for World Net Daily:

To the left, Trump and his entire family are a bunch of low-down dirty crooks.

It’s so bad that the hags on “The View” couldn’t even bring themselves to speak Donald Trump Jr.’s name. That’s derangement.

Yet when doing a comparison of the Trump family to the families of at least two of his highest-ranked Democratic rivals, there’s kind of no comparison.

Trump’s family members are legit business people. They may have had an advantage from the outset, but they made the most of it and have become accomplished in their own right. Unlike many children of the wealthy, they didn’t just lie about and let daddy take care of them. read more

Could There Be a Biden – Warren Ticket?

CNN/ORC poll published last Friday showed that the public disapproves of the way President Obama is leading the country by a margin of 51 percent to 47 percent.

This would be troubling news for Obama if he were seeking a third term, which of course he’s not. But it could be a serious liability for Vice President Joseph Biden, Obama’s leading cheerleader and policy advocate, if Biden decides to make a late entry into the presidential campaign this fall.

After months of private deliberations and consultation with his family, Democratic party activists and potential campaign donors, the 72-year-old Biden is now “increasingly leaning” towards challenging former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for their party’s presidential nomination, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The vice president sounded out political activists in South Carolina during a recent vacation. More intriguingly, Biden arranged a private meeting last Saturday in the vice president’s official residence with Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, a rock star among liberal Democrats. read more

If It’s Hillary or Bust – Dems Will Choose Bust

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Can you feel it? Can you feel the disturbance in the force – the dark side? Yes, the Democrat party is beginning to descend into panic mode. Oh sure, like in the antiperspirant ads, they’re not going to allow us to see them sweat, but the Democrat kingmakers have to be closing in on desperation.

They are running out of time, and as has been said, they have no bench – no one to go to if Hillary falters. From the beginning, it was apparently Hillary Clinton or bust.

Now those on both sides have concluded that Hillary will probably not make it to the finish line. And to this I say, welcome aboard. Not to toot my own horn, but regular readers know I have been predicting the inevitable downfall of Clinton from almost day one.

It’s taken some time and a lot of scandal, and she still may whether this, but I’ll stand by my original assessment and say, she will not be the Democrat candidate.

See, Hillary now has two problems. Originally, it was that she is almost universally disliked. Unlike her husband, who everyone knows is a bag of dirt, but still inexplicably likable, she is the polar opposite of Bill. No one likes Hillary. Sure, she has her loyal supporters and backers, but that doesn’t mean they like her. read more

Hillary Clinton – The Wicked Witch of the West…Wing

by: the Common Constitutionalist

With all the recent news swirling about over Bill Clinton’s trips to orgy island, his many flights to and from, and is rather questionable friendships to dirty old men (birds of a feather and all), many are questioning Hillary’s presidential viability.

It seems most Washington political pundits agree that if Hillary is derailed, this will be the reason.

bush clintonI don’t think that’s it at all, and like some others, I have questioned why anyone should fear Hillary Clinton. In my opinion, if and when she is derailed, it will have nothing to do with her low life philandering faux-husband.

Bill is a known quantity. It’s been no secret who this man was and is still. He’s led a double life for as long as we can remember. He’s a dirt bag womanizer and simultaneously, a likable guy. He has a seedy side, but is also well liked by whom we all consider to be good and honorable people, like the Bush family.

Frankly, I know of no other person alive today who could pull that off. People know he’s a bag of dirt, yet they can’t help but like him. That’s rare.

And for this reason, he won’t be the cause of Hillary’s demise. It really comes down to one thing – likeability. She is simply not likable. read more
