Can We Believe Our Spy Agencies Anymore

by: the Common Constitutionalist

What and who can we believe anymore? Not that it hasn’t come close in the past, but it appears today that every entity, every department and agency in Washington D.C. has suffered a critical meltdown of principle – of truth, justice and the American way.

The truth doesn’t matter anymore to the political ruling class – nor does doing the right thing because it’s good for America. We hear all the time about many things – that “it’s” worse than it’s ever been – “I’ve never seen it this bad.” And any reasonable person would react with the factual statement that people from every generation think this, whatever “this” happens to be. It could the heat, or the cold, or draught, or snow, race relations, poor economy – and yes, the division in Washington and the citizens of this nation.

In D.C. there has always been division, disagreement and outright animosity between parties and individual members. But through all the cheating, lying, infighting and back-stabbing, there were still government agencies the people thought they could count on to not be corrupted the way the political class has been – to do right by America.

I’m speaking of the agencies, such as the FBI, CIA, NSA, etc. We have been told that despite everything else melting down in Washington, we could depend on these agencies, to maintain a certain amount of independence and to at least keep us safe – that they are beyond reproach. But frankly, I don’t know anymore. read more

Senate Intelligence Report Is Old News

by: the Common Constitutionalist

So the Senate intelligence committee report on CIA “torture” practices has been released. The report is apparently 6300 pages and the summary is 600.

Out of all those pages the only thing we should take from the report is that America, at least under Republican control, is bad.

CNN reported that “The CIA’s harsh interrogations of terrorist detainees during the Bush era didn’t work, were more brutal than previously revealed and delivered no ‘ticking time bomb’ information that prevented an attack, according to an explosive Senate report released Tuesday.”

Well, there you go. It’s just as Rush Limbaugh said – America is the worst, according to Feinstein, the Democrats and the mainstream media. Apparently we need to just stop being so mean to the terrorists. After all, what have they ever done to us – other than blow up our buildings, kill our soldiers and citizens – shoot and behead us. Yeah – there is that.

Yet according to even Leon Panetta, the CIA’s “enhanced interrogation” did in fact lead to the capture of many Al Qaeda operatives, and out of the thousands of terrorists captured, a grand total of three were waterboarded.

Those three were Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Abu Zubaydah and Abd al Rahim al-Nashiri. I couldn’t think of three better candidates.

It’s interesting to note that the report was crafted not by Senator Feinstein or any member of the committee. It was written by unelected, unaccountable Democrat staffers who apparently never even interviewed any CIA officials, and assessments made by the staffers are refuted by classified information that is not included in this report. read more

Democrats Lack Intelligence

by: the Common Constitutionalist

What do people think of when they hear of a “failed rescue attempt” announced by either a government spokesman or a member of the media? I guess they’re kind of the same thing. What about when you hear from the same people that a member of a Special Forces unit was killed during a failed rescue attempt?

To the uninformed, one would think that the “rescue team” somehow messed up, or that something just went bad. Although that’s a typical reaction, in most cases it’s dead wrong.

In most cases, it’s not the fault of the operators or even the intelligence. It’s the fault of… say it with me… Politicians. Surprise, surprise!

Believe it or not, the military does know what it’s doing, and given the right intelligence, can properly complete almost any rescue mission. It’s the civilian political contingent that won’t allow them to make the necessary real-time mission decisions which then results in operators getting killed or ending in a failed rescue mission.

But the military are the ones who get blamed for the lack of mission success. The media also like to blame failed missions on faulty intelligence. read more

Artwork of the CIA

There are only two places to see a gallery of artwork depicting key events in the history of U.S. intelligence services: The headquarters of the Central Intelligence Agency and an out-of-the way museum in Alabama.

Tucked away in a neighborhood near Birmingham’s airport, the Southern Museum of Flight this month opened a gallery featuring 16 reproductions of original artwork donated to the CIA and displayed at its building in McLean, Va. Based upon once-secret events that have since been declassified, the artwork provides a rare glimpse into decades of U.S. spy work.

One print depicts a B-26 bomber flying over Cuba during the failed Bay of Pigs Invasion in 1961, when Alabama National Guard pilots flew for the CIA in a bid to overthrow the government of Fidel Castro.

Muslim Infiltration

Only in today’s United States could this be possible. Only under the watchful eye of the Obama administration and a Senate asleep at the switch could such a man even be nominated let alone possibly be considered for confirmation.

I’m speaking of John Brennan, Mullah Barack’s choice to be the new CIA Chief. Talk about being thrown out of the frying pan into the fire.John_Brennan_stooge_for_jihad Replacing the disgraced outgoing chief David Petraeus, who resigned after it was revealed he had an affair with his biographer, with this guy.

Islamists throughout the world must be cheering this decision. Why do I say that? Well it appears Mr. Brennan is, according to reports, a convert to Islam.

A Moslem as the CIA Chief. That sounds about right for this administration. While we’re at it, how about Malik Zulu Shabazz, leader of the new Black Panthers, as the new head of the administration civil rights department.

John Brennan served as CIA chief in Riyadh Saudi Arabia in the 1990s. Former FBI agent and top expert on Islam, John Guandolo said that it was between 1996 and 1999 that Brennan converted.

It was during his time in Saudi Arabia that Brennan said he, “marveled at the majesty of the Hajj and the devotion of those who fulfilled John-Guandolotheir duty as Moslems making the pilgrimage.”

He was reported to have visited both Mecca and Medina with Saudi officials, which is strictly off limits to non-Muslims. Other US government officials, who were in Saudi Arabia at the same time, said they witnessed his conversion.

Agent Guandolo, not only former FBI, but a combat Marine veteran, created the FBI’s first counterterrorism training and education program and has received two investigative intelligence awards. He has been warning all who will listen, of the infiltration into our government of the Muslim brotherhood. “Brennan’s conversion to Islam was the culmination of a counterintelligence operation against him, to recruit him. The fact that foreign intelligence service operatives recruited Mr. Brennan when he was in a very sensitive and senior US government position in a foreign country, means that he is either a traitor or he as the inability to discern and understand how to walk in those kinds of environments, which makes him completely unfit to be the director of Central Intelligence.”

Guandolo has also authored “Shariah; The Threat to America”, a key Center for Security Policy report.Brotherhood infiltrators

Agent Guandolo contends, “that Brennan is wholly unfit for government service in any national security capacity and that would specifically make him unfit to be the director of the Central intelligence agency.”

Is it just me that thinks we live in bizarro world?

Guandolo continues, “He [Brennan] has overseen and approved and encouraged others to bring known leaders of Hamas and the Muslim brotherhood into the government in positions to advise the US government on counterterrorism strategy as well as the ‘War on Terror ’. Brennan has proven through his own comments publicly, that he is clueless and grossly ignorant of Al Qaeda’s strategy. He is just naïve, foolish, dangerously ignorant and totally unfit for this position.”

No BrennanSo it seems this administration is working on a trifecta. First we have the haughty Vietnam War hero who falsely accused his own fellow soldiers of war crimes, as Secretary of State. Although Kerry is thought to be pro-Israel, his views on Israeli settlements echo the radical rhetoric of Arafat, Abbas, and Salem Fayyad. He also asserted that Jerusalem, the capital of Israel, is an “issue” and insisted on classifying the West Bank as an occupied territory.

The second in our trifecta is the rhino Republican Chuck Hagel, another anti-Israel stooge, as the potential Secretary of Defense.

And to round things out Obama nominates John Brennan, convert to Islam, promoter of Hamas and the brotherhood, for CIA director.

We have nothing to fear, but fear itself, unless you’re our closest ally Israel or like the rest of us, infidels.

Wow! The hits just keep on coming with this administration! I feel safer already.

Obama CIA Pick John Brennan in 2010

Jihad a ‘Legitimate Tenet of Islam’

Monday, President Barack Obama picked top counter-terrorism adviser John Brennan to become the next head of the CIA. Brennan’s views on radical Islam may concern hawkish Senators who will scrutinize Obama’s choice for CIA chief.

In May of 2010, Fox News reported Brennan defended Jihad as a “legitimate tenet of Islam.”:

The president’s top counterterrorism adviser on Wednesday called jihad a “legitimate tenet of Islam,” arguing that the term “jihadists” should not be used to describe America’s enemies.

During a speech at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, John Brennan described violent extremists as victims of “political, economic and social forces,” but said that those plotting attacks on the United States should not be described in “religious terms.”  Continue Reading

Called It Off

More than a few people need to go to prison over Benghazigate, including those in the press who are aiding and abetting this administrations cover up.

While reading this article, assuming you can think of anything beyond seething anger over the needless American deaths, notice how the consulate has magically changed to a CIA compound and CIA safehouse. HMMMMM. Where have heard that before?

Bombshell:  Benghazi Targets Painted, Air Support Overhead – Obama Calls Off  Strike

by:

In piecing together the details of the Benghazi attack up the U.S. consulate,  it is becoming clear that there were U.S. Special Operations forces on the  ground, at least two drones overhead and lasers being used to paint at least one  target.  The question then becomes, if these things were in place for a strike  against attackers, who called it off?  There can only be one answer, the  commander-in-chief Barack Obama.

Fox News reports on the laser being used to paint the  target:

At that point, they called again for military support and help because they  were taking fire at the CIA safe house, or annex. The request was denied. There  were no communications problems at the annex, according those present at the  compound. The team was in constant radio contact with their headquarters. In  fact, at least one member of the team was on the roof of the annex manning a  heavy machine gun when mortars were fired at the CIA compound. The security  officer had a laser on the target that was firing and repeatedly requested  back-up support from a Spectre gunship, which is commonly used by U.S. Special  Operations forces to provide support to Special Operations teams on the ground  involved in intense firefights.

This went on for four hours and the White House was able to watch this all  take place live.  Two drones were above recording what was taking place and it  seems one was called in to relieve the other, presumably because of fuel issues.  A former Delta operator over at BlackFive writes:

Having spent a good bit of time nursing a GLD (ground Laser Designator) in  several garden spots around the world, something from the report jumped out at  me.

One of the former SEALs was actively painting the target. That means that  Specter WAS ON STATION! Probably an AC130U. A ground laser designator is not a  briefing pointer laser. You do not “paint” a target until the weapons  system/designator is synched; which means that the AC130 was on station.

Only two places could have called off the attack at that point; the WH  situation command (based on POTUS direction) or AFRICOM commander based on  information directly from the target area.

If the AC130 never left Sigonella (as Penetta says) that means that the  Predator that was filming the whole thing was armed.

If that SEAL was actively “painting” a target; something was on station to  engage! And the decision to stand down goes directly to POTUS!

There is also the issue of the former Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods and a small team  that ignored orders to stand down after they requested permission to go and  help.

Former Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods was part of a small team who was at the CIA annex about a mile from the U.S. consulate where Ambassador Chris Stevens and  his team came under attack. When he and others heard the shots fired, they  informed their higher-ups at the annex to tell them what they were hearing and  requested permission to go to the consulate and help out. They were told to “stand down,” according to sources familiar with the exchange. Soon after, they  were again told to “stand down.”

Woods and at least two others ignored those orders and made their way to the  consulate which at that point was on fire. Shots were exchanged. The rescue team  from the CIA annex evacuated those who remained at the consulate and Sean Smith,  who had been killed in the initial attack. They could not find the ambassador and returned to the CIA annex at about midnight.

CIA spokeswoman Jennifer Youngblood denied claims that requests for support  were turned down.

“We can say with confidence that the Agency reacted quickly to aid our  colleagues during that terrible evening in Benghazi,” she said. “Moreover, no  one at any level in the CIA told anybody not to help those in need; claims to  the contrary are simply inaccurate.  In fact, it is important to remember how  many lives were saved by courageous Americans who put their own safety at risk  that night-and that some of those selfless Americans gave their lives in the  effort to rescue their comrades.”

I can’t help but think that this sounds, at least with the information that  we are getting, like much of the response to the attacks of September 11, which  was no response.  Even more disturbing is what BlackFive writes, ““This is  bigger than Watergate!… The worst has to be the team on the ground  knowing that the President just left you to die.“

All of this was responded to by Defense Secretary Leon Panetta on Thursday.   He said, “The U.S. military did not get involved during the attack on the U.S.  mission in Benghazi, Libya, last month because officials did not have  enough information about what was going on before the attack was  over.”

Just how much information did you need? The White House had emails.  They had forces on the ground,  drones overhead, a live feed, painted targets.  For four hours nothing was done  while the consulate was attacked.  There was a Special Operations team operating  in Central Europe that could have been called upon, but weren’t, and could have  flown there in less than two hours.  But none of this was done.

It is looking more and more as though this was not only a planned attack, but  also that either the White House was either negligent and irresponsible in their “non-response” or complicit.

Breaking News!

Fox News has learned from sources who were on the ground in Benghazi that an urgent request from the CIA annex for military back-up during the attack on the U.S. Consulate and subsequent attack several hours later was denied by U.S. officials — who also told the CIA operators twice to “stand down” rather than help the ambassador’s team when shots were heard at approximately 9:40 p.m. in Benghazi on Sept. 11.

The quick reaction force from the CIA annex evacuated those who remained at the Consulate and Sean Smith, who had been killed in the initial attack. They could not find the ambassador and returned to the CIA annex at about midnight.

The security officer had a laser on the target that was firing and repeatedly requested back-up support from a Specter gunship, which is commonly used by U.S. Special Operations forces to provide support to Special Operations teams on the ground involved in intense firefights. The fighting at the CIA annex went on for more than four hours — enough time for any planes based in Sigonella Air base, just 480 miles away, to arrive. Fox News has also learned that two separate Tier One Special operations forces were told to wait, among them Delta Force operators.

A Special Operations team, or CIF which stands for Commanders in Extremis Force, operating in Central Europe had been moved to Sigonella, Italy, but they too were told to stand down. A second force that specializes in counterterrorism rescues was on hand at Sigonella, according to senior military and intelligence sources. According to those sources, they could have flown to Benghazi in less than two hours. They were the same distance to Benghazi as those that were sent from Tripoli. Specter gunships are commonly used by the Special Operations community to provide close air support.

According to sources on the ground during the attack, the special operator on the roof of the CIA annex had visual contact and a laser pointing at the Libyan mortar team that was targeting the CIA annex. The operators were calling in coordinates of where the Libyan forces were firing from.

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta told reporters at the Pentagon on Thursday that there was not a clear enough picture of what was occurring on the ground in Benghazi to send help.

“There’s a lot of Monday morning quarterbacking going on here,” Panetta said Thursday. “But the basic principle here … is that you don’t deploy forces into harm’s way without knowing what’s going on.”

U.S. officials argue that there was a period of several hours when the fighting stopped before the mortars were fired at the annex, leading officials to believe the attack was over.

Fox News has learned that there were two military surveillance drones redirected to Benghazi shortly after the attack on the Consulate began. They were already in the vicinity. The second surveillance craft was sent to relieve the first drone, perhaps due to fuel issues. Both were capable of sending real time visuals back to U.S. officials in Washington, D.C. Any U.S. official or agency with the proper clearance, including the White House Situation Room, State Department, CIA, Pentagon and others, could call up that video in real time on their computers.

Tyrone Woods was later joined at the scene by fellow former Navy SEAL Glen Doherty, who was sent in from Tripoli as part of a Global Response Staff or GRS that provides security to CIA case officers and provides countersurveillance and surveillance protection. They were killed by a mortar shell at 4 a.m. Libyan time, nearly seven hours after the attack on the Consulate began — a window that represented more than enough time for the U.S. military to send back-up from nearby bases in Europe, according to sources familiar with Special Operations. Four mortars were fired at the annex. The first one struck outside the annex. Three more hit the annex.

A motorcade of dozens of Libyan vehicles, some mounted with 50 caliber machine guns, belonging to the February 17th Brigades, a Libyan militia which is friendly to the U.S., finally showed up at the CIA annex at approximately 3 a.m. An American Quick Reaction Force sent from Tripoli had arrived at the Benghazi airport at 2 a.m. (four hours after the initial attack on the Consulate) and was delayed for 45 minutes at the airport because they could not at first get transportation, allegedly due to confusion among Libyan militias who were supposed to escort them to the annex, according to Benghazi sources.

The American special operators, Woods, Doherty and at least two others were part of the Global Response Staff, a CIA element, based at the CIA annex and were protecting CIA operators who were part of a mission to track and repurchase arms in Benghazi that had proliferated in the wake of Muammar Qaddafi’s fall. Part of their mission was to find the more than 20,000 missing MANPADS, or shoulder-held missiles capable of bringing down a commercial aircraft. According to a source on the ground at the time of the attack, the team inside the CIA annex had captured three Libyan attackers and was forced to hand them over to the Libyans. U.S. officials do not know what happened to those three attackers and whether they were released by the Libyan forces.

Fox News has also learned that Stevens was in Benghazi that day to be present at the opening of an English-language school being started by the Libyan farmer who helped save an American pilot who had been shot down by pro-Qaddafi forces during the initial war to overthrow the regime. That farmer saved the life of the American pilot and the Ambassador wanted to be present to launch the Libyan rescuer’s new school.

Rice should Resign

King: ‘Susan Rice Should Resign’

By Katrina Trinko at NATIONAL REVIEW ONLINE

comments, as always, by yours truly [ ]

House Homeland Security Committee chairman Pete King is calling on U.N. ambassador Susan Rice to resign over her comments on the Sunday talk shows September 16 regarding the Libyan attacks.

“I think Susan Rice should resign. She is America’s foreign policy spokesman to the world as ambassador to the U.N.,” King, a Republican congressman from New York, tells National Review Online. [ Who do you suppose Obama might choose to replace her, Louis Farrakhan? I heard the Blind Sheikh will be available soon. Maybe he could represent this administration? He’d fit right in at the U.N. ]

Rice appeared on five Sunday morning shows five days after the attacks.  On ABC’s This Week, she said, “Our current best assessment, based on the information that we have at present, is that, in fact, what this began as, it was a spontaneous – not a premeditated – response to what had transpired in Cairo,” despite the fact that U.S. officials knew terrorism was involved within 24 hours after the attack. [ Actually, the State Department knew well in advance. Blaming Rice is ridiculous. She was towing the administration line. ]

“Very nice person, very smart,” King says of Rice, “but the fact is she gave out information which was either intentionally or unintentionally misleading and wrong and there should be consequences for that. And I don’t see how she didn’t know how that information was wrong. What she could have and should have said was the final word isn’t in yet, certainly strong evidence that there was strong terrorist involvement, [but identifying] the exact nature it’ll  take us a few more days. That would have been legitimate.”

[ Okay, can we just put this, “nice person” crap away. It has nothing to do with anything, and how many “nice people” will sit there and lie to whole world five separate times. I’ve heard that about Obama also. He’s a nice person, just misguided. I personally can’t name a single marxist, communist or anticolonialist I would consider to be “nice”. ]

King also called for an investigation into what was known before the attack. “This warrants a full investigation,” he says. “I believe there should be a congressional investigation. I think there should be an internal investigation.” [ Yes, like the recent investigation into the “Fast and Furious” scandal that basically exonerated Eric Holder. I’m sure he’s a “nice person” too. ]

Benghazi, he adds, “was a hotbed of al-Qaeda activity, of militia activity, of terrorist activity. We knew that the facilities that we were using there were not adequately fortified. These were temporary, basically private residences which had almost none of the protections that a consulate should have.” [ Has anyone, save for a few of us, even asked what the ambassador was doing there? You may wish to re-read “Benghazi was no Coincidence”  ]

“To allow the American ambassador to go there,” he continues, “ to allow us to keep records or documentation there or anything  in such an unsecure and such a dangerous area and such unsecure facilities with such little security appears to be gross negligence, and may be criminal negligence.” [ Unless it was not a consulate, but a CIA safe house ]

He also criticized the administration’s reluctance to call the attacks terrorism. “Either they intentionally mislead the American people or they were extremely uninformed,” King remarks. “Neither excuse is very good. From the start, I can see them saying we’re not certain what caused it, but the presumption from the start should have been that it was a terrorist attack or the terrorist were heavily involved.” [ I wish someone would just come out and state the obvious; This administration, from the top down, is filled with bad people who don’t appear at all concerned with our security, or that of our allies ]

Obama, he speculates, had political reasons to avoid calling it terrorism. “What I believe now is that the president is so fixated on convincing the American people that we have defeated al-Qaeda and that al-Qaeda is no longer a real threat by saying this was a terrorist attack, or by acknowledge a terrorist attack,  it would be looked upon as a defeat for his policies against al-Qaeda,” King says. [ No need for speculation Mr. King. It’s a fact ]

Benghazi was no Coincidence

Once again, You’ve been Lied to

by: the Common Constitutionalist

(As reports surface, the following article has been updated several times since I started writing it days ago.)

So, here’s what we’ve been told by the major media.

The night of Sept. 11, 2012, protesters are rioting outside and opened fire on the consulate building in Benghazi, Libya. At the same time from all 3 sides and within minutes the perimeter of the consulate was breeched.

Witnesses say that the, at least 30 guards, put up no resistance to the breech and fled.

A short time later the consulate was engulfed in flames.

The consulate staff raced to a supposedly secret safe house about a mile away.

The security staff then regrouped and tried to regain control of the consulate. They failed and were forced to fall back.

About an hour later, back up arrives to attempt to take back the main building. Meanwhile the ‘safe house’ is set ablaze. The attackers were evidently armed with automatic weapons, RPG’s and laser guided mortars capable of pinpoint accuracy. The 2 former Navy SEALs (one being Sean Smith) of ambassador Stevens security detail were killed in the firefight.

Around 1:15 am Stevens body was taken to a hospital. He was D.O.A.

So that’s what we all heard through the media. It was totally spontaneous. Nothing was planned in advance and all due a Youtube video.

Now for some oddities; things that don’t add up.

Ambassador Chris Stevens had been back in the country only a short while and the details of his visit to Benghazi, where he and his staff died, were meant to be confidential. His security staff decided the Benghazi trip was safe.

Why did he and his security people go into Benghazi, a well known hotspot, in an unmarked, unarmored car? Diplomats overseas always travel in armored cars or SUV’s. He also had no advance team.

Patrick Kennedy, Under-Secretary at the State Department, said he was convinced the assault was planned due to its extensive nature and the proliferation of weapons, yet the White House, the American ambassador to the U.N. et al, stated that the attack was absolutely the result of the video that no one saw. The video was released in June. Why, all of the sudden, was such a fuss made of it, months later?

Update: It has been confirmed publically, this was a planned terrorist attack.

The former Navy SEALs (both were originally said to be Marines) worked for the State Department and were Ambassador Steven’s security. They both were killed along side Stevens. One of them, Sean Smith, sent out a rather odd message. He posted that he had seen suspicious people.

Update: The CIA /SEALs may not have been his security.

His message read, “Assuming we don’t die tonight. We saw one of our ‘police’ that guard the compound taking pictures.” By “our police”, he meant local Libyan police that he apparently thought they could trust. The message was not the oddity; it was where it was posted. He didn’t the try to hail the embassy in Tripoli or any military or State Department. The post was to an online gaming website. Smith was known as “Vile Rat” on the site. This is the type of front that might be used by a CIA operative to reach out for help to other operatives.

Update: Two former SEALS, Tyrone Woods, 41, and Glen Doherty, 42, were not employed by the State Department diplomatic security office and instead were what is known as personal service contractors who had other duties related to security.

So why is the administration so hell bent on having everyone believe the attacks were due to the video when the new president of Libya is saying the exact opposite?

There was, according to witnesses, little defense put up by the 30 or more local guards meant to protect the staff. Ali Fetori, a 59-year-old accountant who lives near by, said: “The security people just all ran away and then the people in charge were the young men with guns and bombs.”

The building then came under fire from heavy weapons. “I don’t know how they found the place to carry out the attack. It was planned, the accuracy with which the mortars hit us was too good for any ordinary revolutionaries,” said Captain Obeidi. “It began to rain down on us, about six mortars fell directly on the path to the villa.” Villa? It has been portrayed as an established consulate. Wrongo! It was a rented house with bars on the windows.

Stevens lived in Tripoli. The embassy was in Tripoli. So why did he go to Benghazi. Benghazi was a bad place. That’s where all the radicals are. Where was he before? In Tripoli? It was reported he had just come back from a trip to Germany, Austria and Sweden.

Stevens was the US government’s representative to the opposition National Transitional Council (the rebels) during the 2011 uprising against the government of Muammar Gaddafi and had previously been the second-ranking US diplomat in Libya.

Prior to this event, one of Steven’s security men ( a former Navy SEAL) was interviewed and he said he was, “ On an intelligence mission to round up dangerous weapons in the war-torn nation”. There’s a problem with that statement. Diplomatic security doesn’t do that. They are charged with security and protection only. So who does do that? Former Navy SEALs who are now CIA.

So what weapons could the CIA be that concerned with, to feel the need to “round them up”?

If you recall, last year the Obama administration said it would help the rebel forces. When asked by Brian Williams, Obama said, “he had not ruled out the supply of weapons to the rebels but he had also not ruled it in.” I guess he did rule it in.

Benghazi was ground zero for the rebel forces opposing Gadhafi. It was confirmed a good deal of the rebels were actually al-Qaeda. Did we, in fact, arm al Qaeda? Looks like the Obama administration may have done just that.

There were reports circulating that we were now on the same side as al Qaeda. They (al Qaeda) wanted the ouster of Gadhafi also. The leader of the Libyan rebels admitted there were many al Qaeda fighting with them. The Rebel leader also admitted that he fought against the U.S. in Afghanistan. We actually captured him in 2002, but then released him. The enemy of our supposed enemy is not our friend.

Now there have been glowing reports of ambassador Stevens. He had a heart of gold and loved, according the New York Times, the regular Libyan people. He was portrayed as just a regular guy. How many regular guys sneak into warring countries under cover of darkness in cargo ships or ride around in unarmed cars at night with CIA operatives?

Is that the training regimen for all our diplomats? No? Then who was this guy? CIA, possibly? Could he be that regions CIA weapons dealer? Could he have been the man that brokered the deal to supply arms to the rebels? Items like the missiles that took down Gadhafi’s air force.

So now the Middle East is on fire so close to the presidential election. Where did all the weapons we supplied go? Who has all the weapons? What if the electorate discovers our government-supplied terrorists with weapons? Boy that wouldn’t look good.

Could it be that the CIA found a cache of weapons, or an informant that claimed knowledge of there whereabouts in Benghazi, or near by? Could it be that whomever has the weapons we so desperately needed to recover insisted on seeing the agent that brokered the original deal; agent Stevens?

So Stevens flys back to Libya on short notice, gets into an unmarked unarmored car at night, so as to not draw undue attention and he goes to the meeting. Maybe he was followed. Maybe something else goes awry. Is that how they end up at the safe house? This is the time Sean Smith sends his message to the gaming website. Is this really the time to do some online gaming? Of course not. The message to other CIA ops, get us the hell out of here!

They were likely followed to the “safe house”. The attack was designed to do exactly what it did. Kill the CIA agents.

What about the riots; the protests? They were called in by the terrorists to smoke out the agents.

Imagine if it were to come out that Obama supplied the weapons to the terrorists that killed our own people. It wouldn’t sit well, I think.

Of course this is just a theory, but it’s a lot more plausible than spontaneous riots, coincidentally on 9/11, taking out our ambassador and just three others.

How odd, that with all that mayhem only 4 people died, and all American. Huh.

Don’t go looking for the mainstream press to poke around in this hot zone. We might only learn the truth if this were the Bush administration.
