I originally posted this article in August, 2017.
It sat out there, circulating around with little fanfare. As regular readers are aware, I post all my original work with an Audio Version I record on YouTube.
As I said, the article attracted little attention – nor did the YouTube audio recording – until yesterday, when I was alerted via email that:
“…our Community Guidelines describe which content we allow – and don’t allow – on YouTube. Your video Audio Article – The Alt Right is Not Right – It’s Left was flagged to us for review. Upon review, we’ve determined that it violates our guidelines and we’ve removed it from YouTube.”
“Content glorifying or inciting violence against another person or group of people is not allowed on YouTube. We also don’t allow any content that encourages hatred of another person or group of people based on their membership in a protected group. We review educational, documentary, artistic, and scientific content on a case-by-case basis. Limited exceptions are made for content with sufficient and appropriate context and where the purpose of posting is clear.”
After re-reading the article, I’m still unaware just how I may have incited violence or hatred toward another person or group.
Then it hit me – sort of an Ah Ha moment. It’s the besmirchment of, or rather the truth about the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). And it’s not just that but it’s the fact that a lot of these leftist run search engines and sites like Google and Facebook and probably YouTube actually employ the same SPLC as watchdogs and arbiters of what is and isn’t “Hate Speech.” read more
