Podcast – Torture Photos Released – A Reparations APP

Today I will discuss 200 photos the ACLU demanded our Military release documenting the horrific acts of torture our service men and women perpetrated on the innocent detainees in Iraq and Afghanistan, at places like the infamous Abu Ghraib facility.

I also discuss reparations and one black activist’s want for America to pay up. The good news is that if you happen to be white and guilty about being so, there is an APP just for you.

John Kerry’s Ties to Iran

You not might be aware that in 2009, the daughter of Secretary of State John Kerry, Dr. Vanessa Bradford Kerry, John Kerry’s younger daughter by his first wife, married an Iranian-American physician named Dr. Brian (Behrooz) Vala Nahed.

Of course you’re not aware of it. read more

Allen West Says Obama an Islamist

The only plausible explanation for many actions taken by President Obama and his administration is that they are working counter to the security of the United States of America. How else can one rationalize the following:

1. The unilateral release of five senior Taliban back to the enemy while the enemy is still fighting us.

2. Providing weapons of support to the Muslim Brotherhood-led Egyptian government — F-16s and M1A1 Abrams tanks — but not to the Egyptian government after the Islamist group has been removed.

3. Negotiations with Qatar and Turkey, two Islamist-supporting countries.

4. Negotiations with Hamas, a terrorist group. read more

Bergdahl – Then and Now

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Okay; there’s a lot we know of deserter/possible traitor Bowe Bergdahl – some we still don’t know, and more that is coming to light – both of his situation and that of his oddball father Bob.

In 2010 a military investigation found that in 2009 Bowe did in fact walk off base and this evidently wasn’t the first time.

He did leave a note saying that he didn’t wish to fight for America anymore – that he didn’t support the Army mission.

Apparently some Afghans have come forward, saying that he was actually searching out the Taliban.

That leads to another salient point made by two actual American heroes. Col. Allen West said he wondered why Bergdahl’s throat wasn’t cut and then disemboweled, as is typical of the Taliban. Navy SEAL hero, Marcus Luttrell (Lone Survivor) wondered how he lasted that long without having his head cut off. Both good points made by actual heroes that were in the Afghan theater fighting the Taliban. Neither of them buy the POW routine.

And by the way – he was not a POW, not even by Geneva Convention standards! read more

Florida Map Fixing

Democrats Get Caught ‘Fixing’ Redistricting Maps in Florida

The proverbial political cat is out of the bag for the Democratic Party, as emails obtained by our friends over at the Washington Free Beacon expose egregious gerrymandering of Florida’s congressional districts between  Congresswoman Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the Democratic National Committee, Democratic consultants, and the Florida Democratic Party during the 2012 redistricting process.

The Shark Tank broke the story that Congressman Allen West was going to be “screwed” during redistricting, because of a deal the Republican controlled Florida Legislature had struck with Democrats. While Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin pounced on the redistricting “fix” that was taking place against Allen West, the GOP establishment moved quickly to cover its own hind, as several high-ranking legislators directly pointed the finger at two legislators as being the responsible parties of the  controversy, former Senate President Mike Haridopolos and current Senate President Don Gaetz.(Rush Limbaugh discussed Shark Tank story of Allen West)

The legislators in question told the Shark Tank  that  Haridopolos personally asked to let the state Senate redistrict West’s congressional district. Again, desperate politicians looking to save their careers will say anything to stay out of hot water, perhaps even lie about Haridopolos’ direct involvement.

Of Course You Know, This Means War

From Madeleine Morgenstern of The Blaze:

Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) had a strong message Saturday for President Barack Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz: “Get the hell out.”

West made the comments during a speech at a Palm Beach County GOP event in West Palm Beach.

“This is a battlefield that we must stand upon. And we need to let President Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and my dear friend, chairman of the Democrat National Committee, we need to let them know that Florida ain’t on the table,” West said.

The audience was booing by the time West got to Pelosi’s name.

“Take your message of equality of achievement, take your message of economic dependency, take your message of enslaving the entrepreneurial will and spirit of the American people somewhere else,” he continued. “You can take it to Europe, you can take it to the bottom of the sea, you can take it to the North Pole, but get the hell out of the United States of America.”

As the audience cheered and many rose to their feet, West added, “Yeah I said ‘hell.’”

“This is not about 1 percent or 99 percent. This is about 100 percent. It’s about 100 percent America. And I will not stand back and watch anyone defame, degrade or destroy that which my father fought for, my older brother, my father-in-law, myself, my nephew and all my friend still in uniform,” he said.

“I will not allow President Obama to take the United States of America and destroy it. If that means I’m the No. 1 target for the Democrat Party, all I got to say is one thing: Bring it on, baby.”

Hooray for Allen West

From Daniel Halper of The Weekly Standard:

Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.), a former Army lieutenant colonel, sends THE WEEKLY STANDARD an email commenting on the Marines’ video, and has given us permission to publish it.

“I have sat back and assessed the incident with the video of our Marines urinating on Taliban corpses. I do not recall any self-righteous indignation when our Delta snipers Shugart and Gordon had their bodies dragged through Mogadishu. Neither do I recall media outrage and condemnation of our Blackwater security contractors being killed, their bodies burned, and hung from a bridge in Fallujah.

“All these over-emotional pundits and armchair quarterbacks need to chill. Does anyone remember the two Soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division who were beheaded and gutted in Iraq?

“The Marines were wrong. Give them a maximum punishment under field grade level Article 15 (non-judicial punishment), place a General Officer level letter of reprimand in their personnel file, and have them in full dress uniform stand before their Battalion, each personally apologize to God, Country, and Corps videotaped and conclude by singing the full US Marine Corps Hymn without a teleprompter.

“As for everyone else, unless you have been shot at by the Taliban, shut your mouth, war is hell.”

End: Weekly Standard Article

What is a General Officer level letter?

A General Officer level letter or LOR (Letter of Reprimand), is an administrative censure or “chewing out” given to a soldier for a failure to comply with established standards.
It may be filed in either ones Military Personnel Record Jacket (MPRJ) or Official Military Personnel File (OMPF).

A LOR filed in a soldier’s MPRJ can only be made by an enlisted soldier’s immediate commander (or a higher commander in his/her chain of command), school commandant, any general officer or an officer exercising general court-martial jurisdiction over the soldier. Letters
filed in your MPRJ may remain for up to three years or until you are reassigned to a new general court-martial jurisdiction, whichever is sooner.

A LOR filed in a soldier’s OMPF, regardless of the issuing authority, can only be filed upon the order of a general officer senior to the soldier, or by direction of an officer having general court-martial jurisdiction over the soldier. Letters filed in your OMPF are permanently placed in the performance fiche (P-fiche), and may adversely affect your military career in the future. Moreover, the LOR is also placed in your MPRJ as long as it remains in your P-fiche.

So what is an Article 15?

Within the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) is a provision for punishing misconduct through judicial proceedings like a court-martial.
The UCMJ also gives commanders the authority to impose nonjudicial punishment, described in the UCMJ under Article 15. Article 15 provides commanders an essential tool in maintaining discipline. The Article allows commanders to impose punishment for relatively minor infractions. Only commanders may impose punishment under Article 15. A commander is any warrant officer or commissioned officer that is in command of a unit and has been given authority under AR 600-20, either orally or in writing, to administer nonjudical punishment.

Article 15s come in different levels: Summarized, Company Grade and Field Grade. They differ in two main respects: the severity of the punishment and in how the record of it can affect a soldier’s future in the Military.
