For the first time, I recently and personally suffered a Constitutional Crisis. Then I looked a little deeper.

I actually agree with both parties. How can that be? I sound like a squishy moderate. It’s really quite fascinating and a bit convoluted.

What am I talking about?

Well, the Emergency Powers Act of course.

Mark Levin stands firm with the president. Mike Lee also stands with the President, yet voted against his emergency powers act for money for the border wall.

Thus is my crisis. Which one these trusted Constitutional scholars do I side with?
