from One News Now:
Before former presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s book launched and appeared on shelves of bookstores across the United States, Amazon and Walmart cut the price of What Happened – her new memoir designed to inform paying Americans why and how she lost to her Republican rival for the White House, now-President Donald Trump.
Conservatives have tagged the Tuesday-released book as just another way for Clinton to vent and blame everyone but herself for blowing the 2016 election.
“It’s on the shelves – the comprehensive guide to not taking responsibility for an election loss by two-time presidential loser Hillary Rodham Clinton,” Townhall’s Matt Vespa announced. “Sure, she says the loss was on her, and that she will live with that for the rest of her life, but remember – James Comey, the media, Russia, sexism, Joe Biden, and Bernie Sanders are all to blame for torpedoing her presidential dreams.”
Promising to go away? Sort of …
Many liberals and conservatives alike are excited about one pledge Clinton made – but her disappearance from the public eye altogether is not likely … at least not anytime soon.
“Everyone knows Hillary Clinton just needs to go away,” Vespa asserted. “The Clinton era within the Democratic Party is coming to a close – though she says she’s still going to be active. Hillary Clinton the candidate is over, however, with the former first lady vowing to never run for office again.”
Depicted as just another front for Clinton’s “incessant whining” about her election loss last year, What Happened is looking to get more reads after Amazon and Walmart slashed the Simon and Schuster-published book’s price of $30 by 40 percent to $17.99 before its official release, according to the Washington Examiner.
