The Left’s Typical Reaction to the N.C. Murders

Craig Hicks murdered three young people in North Carolina. More than 5,000 attended the funeral last Thursday, which is more than most heads of state attract.

But these three happened to be Muslim, and because of that the internet erupted with Tweets and comments. Comments like the one printed in The World Post from Seema Huneidi, a 22-year-old Jordanian communications and media specialist who said “I would like to see world leaders Hickscondemning their murder.”

Ban Ki-Moon, the U.N. head toady was one of the first out of gate sending a condolence message. I’m sure he sends out similar messages every week to Mayor Rahm Emanuel in Chicago over the hundreds of black kids shot dead in that city each year.

Of course, the leader of the free world, our president, Barack Obama had to inject his usual knee-jerk judicial brilliance into the situation when he said “No one in the United States of America should ever be targeted because of who they are, what they look like, or how they worship.” We recall he did the same with the “stupid” Cambridge cop, Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown declarations.

Although we’ve come to expect this of Obama, as president of everyone (choked on that one a bit), this is not the example our chief executive should be setting.

If you listened to my most recent Podcast, you’ll realize that I have zero sympathy for this leftist dirtbag Hicks, but even the authorities closest to this investigation have yet to determine his true motive.

Yet our president has once again accused someone of a hate crime when it is yet unproven. The only thing that has been proven is that Hicks hates a Londra'da BBC önünde protestolot of people.

Meanwhile the reasonable people at ThinkProgress are busy damning North Carolina politicians for not instantly taking to the airwaves. They write: “Three Muslim students were shot and killed in their home Tuesday night, marking one of the deadliest shootings in North Carolina in years. But in the 24 hours following the shooting, only three of the state’s 15 members of Congress have publicly recognized the tragedy.”

Is this suddenly a requirement for every politician, to express outrage or “publicly recognize the tragedy?”

Did ThinkProgress express the same concern when, in 2011, Mary Ann Holder, a white woman, shot and killed 5 white people near Greensboro, N.C.? I’m going to go out on a limb and say, no – no they didn’t.

But what do we expect? This is what the left does. This is just one more example of symbolism over substance. Just publically confess your grief, send out a tweet holding a sign that reads something like #Save our Muslim Students or #muslimlivesmatter (which was actually used) and you will be magically inoculated from the left’s criticism. It’s like getting a measles vaccine.

So how about I offer some advice to the left. How about you all just shut your collective traps and allow the investigators to investigate.

They can determine what happened and why (if possible), and you can wait quietly for them to finish. But of course that’s not how the bomb-throwers on the left operate. It doesn’t suit their purpose to just wait for the experts to do their jobs.

And what if the outcome, as in the Michael Brown case, doesn’t fit their template? Then what? Then, by not jumping the gun, they’ve missed the death penakltyopportunity to create racial and ethic division, incite violence and draw more loonies (and money) to their cause of social justice.

North Carolina does have the death penalty, although it hasn’t been utilized recently. The last execution was 2006. I’m sure it’s what prosecutors in this case will be pushing for.

The problem has been legal wrangling over their current three-drug lethal injection cocktail, where the first drug administered renders the perp unconscious, the second paralyzes all voluntary muscles, including those that permit breathing, and the third induces cardiac arrest.

North Carolina Policy Watch reported in 2013 that “Other states had moved to a single drug injection. A less risky one-drug, anesthetic-only execution protocol has been used 37 times in six states without incident.”

As far as I can see, they still haven’t worked it out. Let’s hope they do so in time to put this scumbag down, whether it’s a “hate crime” or just a run of the mill multiple murder.

  1. We’re seeing disturbing excesses, the build up to the finale is nearly done and many feel that extra heightened enthusiasm and anticipation and tension of…a Christmas Eve…or just before a riot.

This is the latest manufactured crisis, a crisis the Left won’t “let go to waste”. Like the Brown melee. The ringleaders (community organizers) of the Left have been anxiously waiting for one like this…and this will suit their purposes with a bit of “tweaking” (lying). They’re still looking for the “hands up, don’t shoot” meme for this one and it doesn’t have to have any connection to facts either…it just has to be catchy.

The facts we have so far are pretty thin but it seems to be a crime by a “hater” rather than a “hate crime”. As usual with crimes by “haters”, we’re talking about a Leftist but the state-slut media isn’t belaboring that. Gee…wonder why? If he’d been Christian, even a badly lapsed Christian with his same “issues”, we’d be hearing that every other word.

This is a crime, a tragedy for families of 3 young people whose lives were cut brutally short by a man with murderous anger management issues. The current environment of division, hatred stoking, regular politics of envy speeches by Barry did nothing to calm his “anger”. Considering his “politics”, I’ve no doubt that if he voted, it was for Obama who said out loud, “elect me and we’ll reward our friends and punish our enemies”, he ran for reelection on hatred. Yep, that’s be this murderer’s “guy” alright.

The shooter is said to be cooperating. I have no personal doubt that when he shot them, their religion didn’t matter to him and was no part of his motive. He was mad. In the true sense of the word. But that won’t fit the “narrative”. So the question now is: will he and his attorney play along and cooperate with the narrative? If the murderer wants the death penalty, that’d probably do it for him. (I’m purposely not using his name) One (likely more) of the regime’s many Muslim advisers (from CAIR or the Muslim Brotherhood) will no doubt be going to the scene of the crime to stoke up the wrath of the “moderates”. Holder will almost certainly be inserting himself as well since he just salivates over making a “federal case” out of nothing but what should have been a local tragedy.

Like Ferguson, Chapel Hill is now a great deal more dangerous to all and for the same reasons. Perhaps even worse, it’s a college town–a Leftist college in a Leftist area–and they will latch onto the lies with both hands and run like he!! with them. I really hope they still possess enough working brain cells to resist the violence but the Muslims in the area may not, nor the ones who will be bused in (oh, yes…if the regime is to use this, the locals must be ‘reinforced’). The first 3 casualties in this were the three victims. The next casualty was the truth…which will end up victimizing us all.

If you think/hope the “peaceful Muslims” will allow this to run its course through the justice system without unnecessary over-dramatization or violence, perhaps you should watch this video before you solidify that opinion:

  2. Good article, reply, and video. Thank you. A couple of things sprung to my mind as I read: first off, this nonsense of calling certain crimes, the left determining the criteria for it,’ hate’ crimes. Does that mean other crimes are committed out of love? I love you, so that’s why I stole your car. I love you, that’s why I held up your store. I love you, that’s why I decided to rape you. What hogwash this all is. Nonsensical. People really have let go of all rational thought if they believe this bull crap.
Secondly,I wish for once, just one person, would ask, why is the president injecting himself in this incident? Why didn’t he inject himself into such and such incident last week, month, year? With less than two years,GOD willing,to go in this presidency, you’d think someone might have the chutzpah to ask the question.
Third: Barry also spoke of ‘revenge’ in his last campaign.( I know,I know,it’s one long continual campaign. Will it ever end?!)
Finally, in all these senseless deaths, notice I said senseless, not justified, I wish the perpetrator had turned the weapon on themselves. It’s instant justice; tamps down the possibility of the three ring circus sure to follow; and saves the taxpayers a boatload of money.

  3. Not having the actual facts and must rely on the spin of the media for all I can get I see a man who has problems with life in general. The cause it is said to be an argument over a parking space. While No one owns the spaces unless assigned and it hasn’t been clear if this is the case then we must assume it is the space that this man usually parks. One of the victims then must have taken this spot ether once or multiple times. So comes the confrontation. Clearly it is not racial at this point. The mindset of the muslim educated or not has a low opinion of the infidel and dont hesitate to tell us of their disdain. The muslim also will not bend easily to force that judging this man I would say he used words that were not only forceful but threatening as well. This assumption is what directed him to take the next step that was force backed up with a gun. Now this is the part that has been blocked and the media unable to publish. The only thing I will conclude is that it started as a normal confrontation and not as a raciest problem. We see the continued opinions that push this notion. To what purpose? Our government wants to use it to expand control by creating a false problem they have done and will continue to do. I do know our government in pushing the protection against insult to the muslim and islam creates the idea that this protection may be used against the infidel. People will stand this only so much before reacting. as with this man who has low social skills will react with violence where he hasn’t the verbal skills to deal with it. So is the problem the people or government?
