WND Weekly Exclusive – Leftist Dogma and Steve Bannon’s ‘Deconstruction’

A few days ago, Salon.com, one of the more leftist websites you will ever read, assuming you would ever read it, posted a piece entitled, “Steve Bannon says Trump’s Cabinet of billionaires has been ‘selected for a reason … deconstruction.’”

The article included a rebroadcast of a session at CPAC with Chief of Staff Reince Preibus and Steve Bannon, Trump’s senior White House adviser.

Salon wrote, “Bannon confirmed that Trump’s Cabinet appointments aren’t there to govern. They’re there to destroy.” Well, that’s fairly chilling. Why would they say that, and what is the left really afraid of? read more

Self Deportation Beginning Ahead of Schedule

Yesterday, in the first segment of my weekly podcast, I recalled for the listeners, a story of which I simply switched on my TV. There I saw on Fox News, Bill O’Reilly speaking with Geraldo Rivera about illegal immigration and deportation. You may listen here.

He retold, in brief, the story of Guadalupe García de Rayos, a Mexican illegal alien who was recently deported. You may read a more detailed account here.

Geraldo said, quite correctly, that this spectacle was all over the news. Everyone was covering it. He then turned to Bill and said that this incident was only one of 11 million. He explained that this leaves 10,999,999 to go. He asked O-Reilly if America is ready and willing to witness the tragedy of millions being deported every day on the evening news and thousands of websites.

In my podcast, as well as many articles I’ve written on the subject, I exclaimed that this will not occur. It didn’t occur when President Eisenhower oversaw the deportation of millions of illegals and it won’t occur this time. I’m certain of it.

During his career in Real Estate, the Trumpster took pride in projects coming in under budget and ahead of schedule. It looks like he’s doing it again. read more

Whistleblowing by Design

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Well – it looks like it was all by design. Throughout his entire presidency, Obama and his most transparent administration of all time has had it out for whistleblowers.

In March, 2015, the Guardian posted an article stating that, “Since Barack Obama entered the White House in 2009, his government has waged a war against whistleblowers and official leakers. On his watch, there have been eight prosecutions under the 1917 Espionage Act – more than double those under all previous presidents combined.”

However, they also went on to explain that it’s not like Obama prosecuted all leakers. Those “leaks” from high-level officials like Leon Panetta, John Brennan or even New York Times reporter, David Sanger, were all given a pass.

Bottom line – if you were favored by Obama and the leak would make the President look good, no harm would come to you.

But then in January, a week prior to Trump’s inauguration, it seemed everything changed. The Washington Times reported that, “President Barack Obama— with about a week left in his presidency — has all of a sudden shown interest in protecting government whistleblowers and the inspector general community.” read more

Enough of the Pomp and Circumstance – Let’s Get to Work

The nightmare is over – or has just begun, depending on your perspective. Now it’s time to get to work.

Obama is gone – although just for a few days. He’ll be back after he’s had a chance to reflect, or whatever he said he had to do. For Barack, this should take him about as long as it will take to fly to Palm Springs.

Of course Obama will feign silence upon his return to D.C. However, the press undoubtedly has instructions to seek him out for comment the minute President Trump signs his first order or does anything to undo the last eight horrible years. Then he will be forced by media badgering to answer their questions. It’s not his fault. He would prefer to stay quiet as other ex-presidents have done.

The inauguration went off without a hitch. No one was assassinated, like some in the media suggested might happen. The concerts are over, virtually all the inauguration balls are finished, as well as the parades and other festivities. All, in my opinion are a monumental waste of time, effort and money. read more

The Left Likes Competition – Wait – No They Don’t

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Remember when Obama said part of the problem with Obamacare in some areas, is that there is literally no competition? Entire swaths of States had but one insurance carrier, which translated to zero competition.

He said that a lack of competition is a bad thing. It affords the one provider an opportunity to take advantage of customers and of course, service suffers as well.

“Obamacare resulted in the creation of 23 co-ops across the nation.” wrote Reason.com in July 2016. “Some of which served hundreds of thousands of customers. As of this month, however, only 10 remain fully operational. The other 13 have either shut down, or announced that they plan to by the end of the year.

That same month, in a Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) article, Obama proposed creating a government run insurance plan, or a “public option,” that would exist alongside private health insurance, at least in the mostly rural areas where competition is sparse or nonexistent. He wrote that, “Congress should revisit a public plan to compete alongside private insurers in areas of the country where competition is limited.”

Some on the right said – there – you see – he is admitting Obamacare isn’t working. read more

Same Old Lies Emerge Regarding Jeff Sessions

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Any reasonable individual would consider Senator Jeff Sessions to be a good man and a defender of the Constitution. However, the left is hardly reasonable and has already vowed to make it difficult for him to be confirmed as the next U.S. Attorney General.

I have no doubt that they will play the card which has been successful in the past – the race card. This is of course is their go-to attack against any Republican or conservative they find distasteful – which is all of them.

We should prepare ourselves for the attacks by democrats Senators and their stenographers in the press to dredge up all the old lies and accusations from Sessions’ past confirmation hearing in 1986 when he was nominated, but denied, a federal judgeship.

The leftist press, with fresh marching orders from the dems, is already working overtime to reintroduce the racist Sessions to the people and other lawmakers too young to remember what a terrible person he was and must still be. read more

Podcast – WikiLeaks Proves that the Press is Working for Hillary – Reasons Why the NFL is Losing Audience

Thanks to WikiLeaks, we no longer need to wonder whether the press and the dirty democrats have been in collusion. We now have several smoking guns. By all rights, these findings should disqualify them and Hillary. Of course it won’t. Will these revelations make a different in a couple of weeks? Who knows.

The NFL is losing viewers. Even their marquee games of Sunday and Monday night are way down. Many are wondering why America’s game has taken such a hit this year. I posit a few theories. read more

Only the Right Can Exploit Children

There are some bedrock truisms in America today – all meticulously crafted by the left over the years. One is that, all things being equal, the private sector is inherently selfish and self-serving, whereas the public sector is selfless, looking only to benefit those they serve.

Another is that the rich do not now, nor will they ever “pay their fair share,” and the only way they got rich is on the backs of the poor. Of course no one has asked them what number or percentage equates to “their fare share.”

And still another is that Republicans are exploitive and Democrats are not. To prove this point I give you two juxtaposing cases.

You may recall the young man from Georgia – C.J. Pearson. The self-professed young black conservative became an instant internet sensation when last year he posted his first YouTube video calling out president Obama for not loving this country – doubling down on Rudy Giuliani’s comments excoriating our dear ruler.

As I wrote  in February, 2015, 12 year old C.J. came out with guns a-blazing saying: “President Obama – you don’t love America. If you really did love America, you would call ISIS what it really is – an assault on Christianity – an assault on America and a downright hate for the American values our country holds – of freedom of speech – freedom of religion and everything our country stands for.” read more

The Charlotte Shooting Looks to be Cut and Dried – the Cops Were Right Again

by: the Common Constitutionalist

The saga of the police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott in Charlotte, North Carolina continues as the dashcam and bodycam footage is released to the public – although to me, it’s not much of a saga.

A brief synopsis of the lead up to the shooting is that the Charlotte-Mecklenburg police were dispatched on another call in the immediate area when they noticed a man seated in an SUV with a pistol is in hand. For a more complete accounting, you may link to my article from a few days ago here.

However, according to his mother, Scott was not brandishing a weapon, but was reading the Koran. No Koran or any other book was found at the scene.

While one officer is clearly seen behind a pick up truck with his weapon drawn on the SUV, another pulls up with his dashcam rolling. He joins the officer behind the pick up. Although we can’t see Scott in the SUV, we can clearly hear one of the officers yelling at the person in the car to “Drop the Gun!” He did not say, drop the book or drop the Koran. read more

If Trump Doesn’t Change His Strategy, He Will Get Killed in November

by: the Common Constitutionalist

By all, or at least most accounts, Donald Trump is sliding in the polls – and not just by a point or two. At this point he is struggling to just stay within a single digit deficit of Hillary Clinton. The man, who, during the primaries, quoted poll numbers on a daily basis, strangely no longer cites them.

This is a stunning achievement by Clinton, who may be the worst candidate since Michael Dukakis. You might say it is an even more stunning achievement by the inept Donald Trump – to be losing so badly to an infinitely flawed candidate like Clinton.

The difference, as I see it, is that Clinton appears to have a campaign strategy and Trump does not. Clinton’s strategy is simple – just don’t say much and more importantly, don’t end up in a forum where others may have an opportunity to ask questions of you. Thus far, her plan, or whoever is in charge of such things, is paying dividends. It’s impossible to make a mistake or say anything stupid when you’re not saying anything at all.

In some cases, and depending on the opponent, this plan would not work. Against Trump it is, so far, working to perfection. Simply allow the leftist media, which is virtually everyone, to stir up a little dust and sit back and watch Trump react to it – knowing his predictable history of overreaction. read more
