Video Podcast – George H W Bush – Porn in Prison – Stealing Elections in California

by: Brent Smith at the Common Constitutionalist

George H W Bush passed away a few days ago after living a full life and accomplishing much. But all that pales in comparison with the person that he was. By all measure, George Bush was a good man and that is far important than politics or accomplishment.

Is porn in prison a constitutional right? Well, 58 inmates at an Iowa prison seem to think so. They are suing the State for the right to continue to view pornography in private rooms set aside expressly for that purpose.

Stealing elections from Republicans is becoming commonplace in California. Republicans were leading, some by wide margins even a day after the polls closed. Yet all democrats in these contested districts magically came back to win every race. read more

So You Didn’t Vote in the Last Election – Any Reason Why?

Well, the left says it’s because it’s just not easy enough in this country.

Harlem United writes that, “according to recent analysis by the Pew Research Center, the U.S. ranks 27th in voter turnout among 35 Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries…”

They add that, “Of the approximately 215 million eligible voters in 2012, about 82 million (~38%) did not vote in the election. Research on why people don’t vote reveals a variety of factors. A survey of 1,170 nonvoters found that 28% were not registered — the top response given for not voting. About 25% reported a combination of logistical reasons for not voting, including that they didn’t have the time, were working, traveling, or were sick.”

28% of eligible voters didn’t register. Okay, so you weren’t registered. You now have two years to register before the next election. If you can’t find the means, time or motivation to register to vote within a two year span, it must not be very important.

And ditto for the supposed logistical reasons for not voting. But that still leaves 47% of 82 million people who were eligible and just didn’t get around to it. read more

WND Exclusive – 2020 Dems Must Lurch Left or Suffer Radicals’ Rage

by: Brent Smith for World Net Daily

Most everyone is familiar with the party game limbo and the saying oft repeated while playing it: “How low can you go?”

Well, there’s another saying that will be repeated quite often over the next couple of years having to with Democratic candidates vying for their party’s presidential nomination: “How far left will you go?”

It’s only been a little over a week since the midterms, and already dozens of Dems are lining up en masse, showing at least some interest in running for president. I recently saw a collage of faces of those who are supposedly interested. There were upwards of three dozen.

Most will choose not to run, but of the dozen or so who wish to, they are going to have to throw out any thought of reason and common sense to win the day with their increasingly radical base. read more

A New Cloward and Piven Three-Prong Attack

by: Brent Smith at the Common Constitutionalist

Break the Welfare system – break the asylum/immigration system – break the election system.

Many of us who follow politics are either familiar with or have at least heard of Cloward and Piven – Richard Cloward and Francis Fox Piven. They were `60s era radicals dressed up as Columbia University professors. Of course we can probably describe most college professors in the same manner.

The famous, or infamous article describing their plan was originally crafted in the 60’s, and re-released in 2015 on The Nation.com
website as part of “The Nation’s 150th Anniversary Special Issue.”

The article is entitled, “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty.

The essence of their scheme was/is, “A mass strategy to recruit the poor onto welfare rolls would create a political crisis that could result in legislation that brings an end to poverty.” read more

Podcast – Florida Election Fraud

by: Brent Smith at Common Constitutionalist

With every passing day, things just get worse. Recent headlines attempt to paint the ballot problems in a certain Florida County as “Bungling.” Not hardly

What is happening in Broward County can only be classified as election fraud.

Senator Marco Rubio recently called it out and Representative Matt Gaetz obtained a court order to inspect the democrat vote altering malfeasance.

Can anything be done to fix the ongoing problem of election fraud in South Florida? read more

Republicans Must get Back to a Safety and Security Platform

If we want to win back the House, retain the Senate and give the president another four years, Republicans must get back to what we know – Security.

In August, Daniel Horowitz of Conservative Review posted a 25 point safety and security platform to run on an win. As recent polls prove, this platform is a sure winner across the entire spectrum of reasonable voters.

Poll results in key States proved that Trump’s stance on immigration was spot on:

Arizona: 35% “too tough;” 58% “about right/not tough enough”

Texas: 43%-52%

Georgia: 35%-60%

Florida: 41%-54%

Sadly, few ran on this platform. It’s time for candidates in the 2020 races to take heed and win.

from Conservative Review:

25 no-brainer immigration plans to make America safer — and win the election

Republicans are bleeding their traditional suburban voters at a quick pace. They are without a narrative and nearly out of time to make a difference for this election. When they return from summer recess, they have one final opportunity to either make a big play on the top issue on voter’s minds. Or they could simply monkey it up by running out the clock while they are losing.

According to recent polls, immigration is the top concern of voters. And for good reason. It touches on every important economic, security, and cultural issue voters care about, and unlike other issues, it is amazingly simple to solve. We can choose our own immigrants, period.

Here is a list of 25 ideas, most of which have already been introduced as legislation, that are political winners and will completely reorient the narrative of this election. This is not a complete list of the best ways to deter illegal immigration and reform the broader system, but they are all commonsense reforms that are easy to communicate and would effectively deter illegal immigration without touching on certain sensitivities of weak GOP members (assuming they really want to solve the issue). As you are reading through them, imagine the powerful ads that could be created to expose all the Democrats opposing them, particularly those senators up for re-election in red states.

Border Security

1) Fund the wall with foreign aid from home countries of illegal aliens: H.R. 6657, sponsored by Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., would reduce foreign aid to countries whose nationals are apprehended at the border by $2,000 per illegal. The funds would be directed to an account for the border wall. In addition, it would levy fees on foreign remittances and raises certain fees for visa applications, with the funds going towards a salary raise and restoring overtime pay for border agents.

2) El Chapo Act: H.R. 2186, sponsored by Rep. Mo Brooks, R-Ala., and Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, would capture the criminal forfeiture funds of wealthy drug smugglers to be used for the border wall.

Leftists Say to Scrap the Electoral College for All Elections

by: Brent Smith at the Common Constitutionalist

Last Wednesday, November 7th, the Washington Free Beacon’s Editors Blog featured a piece entitled, “Complaining About the ‘Senate Popular Vote?’ You Suffer From Civic Illiteracy.”

And boy they weren’t kidding. After reading it, all I could say was wow. Post election, some leftists took to Twitter to attempt to resurrect the meme of past lost presidential races, where the democrat won the popular vote, yet still lost the election.

One example was from Amanda Marcotte, who is a political writer for Salon.com. She tweeted: “Republicans lost the popular vote in Senate races by over 15 percentage points, but still gained two seats.”

You may be thinking – what does she mean by the popular vote? You may also be thinking that Salon.com should probably hire new writers.

Well, I guess we have to assume that if she is speaking of the popular vote, the implication is that there must also be another type of vote. Otherwise she would simply have said “the vote.” We know that during a presidential election there are indeed two types of votes – the popular and the Electoral College. read more

WND Exclusive – Cheaters Prospered from Midterms

The Democrats had every advantage to form a blue wave. They had history on their side. The party of the president invariably loses seats during the midterms. Often a large amount.

But the left was leaving nothing to chance and nothing to historic norms.
Lying and cheating was the trump (no pun intended) card that dragged them over the finish line to flip the House of Representatives.

And this time it came in two forms – actual fraudulent voting and voter suppression. read more

Santa – Bring Me an Assault Rifle Before the Democrats Ban Them

A prologue from Brent Smith at the Common Constitutionalist

If you’re a second amendment guy or gal, a hunter whose choice is a semi-automatic rifle instead of a bolt action, or just a gun enthusiast, you may wish to add something to your Christmas list this year.

Being that Santa Claus is most likely still coming to town – the dems haven’t taken over yet – you may want him to put an “assault” rifle under the Christmas tree, while he still can.

I have. Hopefully he’ll me bring the scary black, short barrel carbine on my list. I’ve been a good boy this year Santa. Oh please, oh please.

But why the urgency? Why is it imperative for Santa to come through this Christmas morning?

Well, it’s because the democrats are also coming to town. And unlike Santa, these leftists aren’t bringing joy to all the little girls and boys – or Moms and Dads, or any reasonable Americans.

For one of gifts they plan to give to the American people is a plan to enact shining new gun control legislation after they take over in 2019.

Dems Want to Count Non-Citizen Votes – What a Surprise

It seems that left to own their devices, the democrats will never just do the right thing. It’s ever and only about winning and winning at any and all cost.

from the Blaze:

Gillum, Nelson lawyers object to discarding non-citizen vote, now suing to recount excluded ballots

On Friday, attorneys for both Andrew Gillum and Bill Nelson objected to disqualifying a non-citizen vote during the Palm Beach County Canvassing Board proceedings, as outlined in a transcript from the court reporter hired by the Palm Beach County GOP to create a record of the meeting, which is open to the public. read more
