So You Didn’t Vote in the Last Election – Any Reason Why?

Well, the left says it’s because it’s just not easy enough in this country.

Harlem United writes that, “according to recent analysis by the Pew Research Center, the U.S. ranks 27th in voter turnout among 35 Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries…”

They add that, “Of the approximately 215 million eligible voters in 2012, about 82 million (~38%) did not vote in the election. Research on why people don’t vote reveals a variety of factors. A survey of 1,170 nonvoters found that 28% were not registered — the top response given for not voting. About 25% reported a combination of logistical reasons for not voting, including that they didn’t have the time, were working, traveling, or were sick.”

28% of eligible voters didn’t register. Okay, so you weren’t registered. You now have two years to register before the next election. If you can’t find the means, time or motivation to register to vote within a two year span, it must not be very important.

And ditto for the supposed logistical reasons for not voting. But that still leaves 47% of 82 million people who were eligible and just didn’t get around to it. read more

Another Failure of California Government – Voter Registration

from Conservative Tribune:

After Libs Help Them Avoid Audit, California DMV Finds 23,000 Bad Voter Registrations

“Trust us, we’re with the government.” If there were ever a time to be leery of that promise, it’s now … and if there were ever a place, it would almost certainly be in big-government California.

The west coast state — which has gone Democrat in every presidential election since the Reagan era — seems to be a test-bed for leftist policies, but the results of that liberalism ought to be a cautionary tale.

Recently, California became the state with the highest poverty rate in the entire country, while deep blue cities like San Francisco are struggling with rampant homelessness and public health crises. read more

Of Course There is Voter Fraud in California

I’m not a big Trump defender, but I will when I think he’s right, or is at least on to something. Well, to this day, he ridiculed whenever he brings up massive voter cost him the popular vote. I’m beginning to think he may have been right.

from The Blaze:

Nearly a dozen Calif. counties had more registered voters than eligible voters in 2016 election

Nearly one dozen California counties had more registered voters on their voter rolls than people eligible to vote living in their county, a new Judicial Watch letter has revealed.

The conservative watchdog group sent a letter to California Secretary of State Alex Padilla on August 1 on behalf of the Election Integrity Project of California. The letter threatened to sue the Golden State if they refuse to comply with the National Voter Registration Act, which mandates voting precincts maintain the integrity of their voter rolls by taking steps to maintain their accuracy.

According to a Judicial Watch press release:

In the letter, Judicial Watch noted that public records obtained on the Election Assistance Commission’s 2016 Election Administration Voting Survey and through verbal accounts from various county agencies show 11 California counties have more registered voters than voting-age citizens: Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%), Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano (111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%).

Judicial Watch went on to report that officials from Los Angeles County since told the watchdog group in June that the “total number of registered voters now stands at a number that is a whopping 144% of the total number of resident citizens of voting age” for that county.

“California’s voting rolls are an absolute mess that undermines the very idea of clean elections. It is urgent that California take reasonable steps to clean up its rolls,” Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said in a statement.

Dems Register Refugees to Vote

The following video is from Conservative Review. It shows the chairwoman of the Nebraska State Democrat Party speaking about welcoming immigrant and refugees into her State. She is proud that on a per capita basis, Nebraska welcomes the greatest amount of immigrants and refugees. I’m sure the people of the red State of Nebraska would be thrilled by this news.

The video shows her walking to and displaying several of what she calls welcome baskets for incoming refugees. There are the usual items, including blankets, pillows, toilet paper and such. And then on top of each basket, is an envelope she says is from the Nebraska State Democrat Party. Inside the envelope is a letter welcoming the new welfare recipients (my words – not hers), and one other thing – a VOTER REGISTRATION CARD!! Yes – a voter registration card, which is clearly illegal, but described by her in passing as harmlessly as reciting a shopping list.

The entire short video is a must see, but the shocker is at 2:36 in. What’s the democrat refrain – there is no voter fraud?

Shameless Democrats Call Florida Governor Scott Shameless

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Hurricane Matthew has wrecked havoc on the East coast of Florida. Easily over a million people are without power and at least three lives have already been lost so far. Residents of the coast are in tough shape and our prayers go out to them. Or they at least should.

Yet Hillary Clinton and democrats don’t seem to care as much about the safety of Florida residents as she does about their vote. The only thing concerning the democrats is that this storm will curtail their shady registration drive efforts.

With her sympathy and empathy on full display, Clinton asked republican Governor Rick Scott for an extension beyond the normal registration deadline of Tuesday, October 11. Scott denied the request. Scott, by the way, has endorsed The Donald.

To this denial, Florida democrat hacks penned a letter to Scott saying: “It will be logistically challenging and likely impossible for many who would like to register to vote to be able to do so before the impending deadline on October 11th.” The letter neglected to call him a racist – trying to suppress the minority vote, but I’m sure that will follow. read more

Election Watchdog

by:  of The Blaze

A nonpartisan election integrity group has sent legal notices to 160 counties across the U.S. that it says have more voters on its registration rolls than actual live, eligible voters — and thus represent potential hotbeds for election fraud, the organization told TheBlaze exclusively.True the Vote 160 counties more than 100 percent voter registration

The Houston-based True the Vote said the counties may be in violation of Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act, which mandates that election officials maintain clean voter rolls by removing people who have died, moved away or are no longer eligible to vote. True the Vote is demanding each of the counties show proof of compliance or they’ll bring civil suit.

The counties in question are spread across 19 states that together account for 203 electoral college votes, including six current battleground states. Among the counties are LaSalle, Ill., which True the Vote identified as having 520 percent voter registration; Jefferson, Miss. with more than 230 percent; and Hanson, S.D. with 165 percent.

“It’s simply unacceptable for any county to have more voters on its rolls than people who are alive and eligible to vote,” True the Vote President Catherine Engelbrecht said in a statement. “Failing to maintain accurate voter registration records is a flagrant violation of Section 8 in the NVRA.”

2012 Voting Rights Act

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Step one in the great election theft of 2012. Through an illegal dictatorial decree (executive order), the Obama Administration will grant amnesty for young illegal immigrants. They won’t call it that but who cares.

This of course is beyond the scope of the president’s constitutional authority. That is of no concern to him or the revolutionaries that surround and advise him. The plan is to immediately stop any deportation efforts and issue work permits to these young lawbreakers. They will attach some pretend conditions on the illegals to make it sound more reasonable. (eg: must have graduated high school.) In order to comply with the federal program, the illegals will, no doubt,  have to register with Homeland Security.

During a press conference in 2011, the president clearly explained to the press & public, he did not have the authority to just change or disregard the laws regarding illegal immigrants.

They have evidently found a way to just usurp congress & decree it, just as you would expect a dictator to do. Actually, they haven’t found a way around our pesky laws. The administration just doesn’t care. They do these sorts of things all the time, just daring the congress to stop them. Also, in 2011 they didn’t think they would need this block of non-citizens.

Obama explained his reasoning this way: He sent a proposal to congress and they blocked it. He just can’t wait for their approval, so in true constitutional form, he has decided to make it so without congressional approval. He did assure the American people, this would not be a path to citizenship. Although I don’t believe him, I do believe they don’t care whether these poor folks are citizens or not. That is not what they’re after.

I do agree, however, that he can’t wait. It will, after all, take time for all the illegals to sign up for the program.

The Obamites must leave themselves enough time to implement Step two.

Step Two will be a massive voter registration drive. By shear coincidence, these young illegals just happen to be between the ages of 18 & 30. Just old enough to vote & young enough to still be stupid.

As you recall, all of the young illegals had to sign up for work permits. To do so required them to release to the government, their personal contact information including an address and telephone number.

In a way that doesn’t seem possible, these lists will somehow end up in the hands of the “Center for American Progress”, “MoveOn.Org” and/or some “ACORN” type organization.

These organizations will then fan out across the nation to register the unsuspecting voting block. Strong-arm tactics will NOT be used for the registration drive. Threats of deportation will NOT occur, for those who balk at registering to vote, because the new worker knows it is illegal to do so, . There will be NO incentive proposed for registration, such as free sign up for Obamacare.

As I stated, in 2011, Obama said that he simply didn’t have the authority to do this, he was not a Monarch. So what has changed? Certainly not the whole “Monarch” thing. He has always thought that. What has changed is the need for additional votes.

The administration knows it is in real electoral trouble. This leads me to reveal Step Three.

My theory is that they will cheat as much as they have to, to win the popular vote in November. As you may know, whoever wins the electoral vote, wins the election. If Romney wins the electoral vote but Obama can pull out a popular vote victory, his administration and wacko supporters will file so many lawsuits it would cause the country to shut down, not to mention, tearing it apart by fomenting race riots. There have been many factions in the past wanting to just do away with the whole electoral process & replace it with the popular vote only. Hillary Clinton suggested it several years ago.

I guess we’ll just have to see how much congress let’s Obama get away with. I hate to say it, but most of them don’t have the spine to do the right thing and stand up to this bunch.

But, with enough independent light shone on the administration, it may at least, slow them down and possibly wake up a few more legal voters.

Will the Real Eric Holder Please Stand Up

The ‘one person, one vote’ rule is one of the cornerstones of democracy, or is supposed to be.

And political activist James O’Keefe is determined to prove that the doctrine is at real risk of being frequently flouted in the U.S.

In a video for O’Keefe’s Project Veritas website, a man successfully registers to

The Similarity is Astounding

vote under the name of Attorney General Eric Holder at a Washington D.C. polling station.

While it is not a legal requirement to use photo ID in the state, the ‘voter’ demonstrates how easy it is to receive a ballot under someone else’s name – even a high profile one such as the Attorney General’s.

The man in the video approaches the administration desk and asks: ‘Do you have an Eric Holder [on the list]?’

After thumbing through his papers for a few seconds, the election official confirms Mr Holder’s address, and says, ‘Sign here’.

When the mystery man, who appears to be filming the event from a hidden camera, asks if they need to see ID, the official says it’s not necessary.
‘You don’t need it, it’s OK,’ he says.

And continues with ‘As long as you are in here, you are on the list.’

O’Keefe has previously challenged the Attorney General on voter fraud, asking why there are not stricter voter ID laws.

Mr Holder claimed he needed ‘proof’ to further investigate the matter. Something that O’Keefe seems determined to provide.

You are only legally required to show photo ID in Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.

Clearly O’Keefe believes this should be extended to all states.
In January, he was prosecuted for filming an election at the New Hampshire primary, where members of his crew obtained nine different ballots under the name of one recently-deceased local resident.

O’Keefe also received three years’ probation after attempting to infiltrate the office of Louisiana Senator Mary Landrieu in 2010.

While O’Keefe’s video does seem to clearly show that voter fraud is possible, commentators claim that the rate of occurrence is miniscule.

Nymag.com points out that ‘there is no documented wave or trend of individuals voting multiple times, voting as someone else or voting despite knowing they are ineligible.’ The website claims that you are just as likely to be killed by lightning as you are to attempt to submit a false vote, but were unable to produce such documentation to back their claim.
