Stand Fast, Mr. President
Democrats across America are currently declaring racist the very policies they supported under Barack Obama. It was not racist or immoral when he decided to add border barriers. It was not racist or immoral when George W. Bush did. It was not racist or immoral when Bill Clinton did. But Democrats are so invested in believing the worst about President Trump that they are willing to reject the very policies they supported only a few years ago.

Cushy Government Job? Not Anymore
The concept of performance management is coming to the public sector and that is wonderful.
At the end of 2017, there were 16,000 fewer federal employees. The President has been vocal about reducing the size of the federal workforce and it appears some agency heads are taking it seriously and not filling vacant positions. An analysis done by Reason asserts we would need similar cuts for the next nine years to reach pre-Obama employment levels, but we are headed in the right direction.
Now it seems the administration is poised to make even more drastic changes to the civil service workforce. According to the Washington Examiner proposals are being made to make public sector employment look a lot more like how employees are managed in the private sector.

There is a fundamental problem with Tomi Lahren that no one likes to talk about. For those of you who do not know, Lahren is
the proudly unread, unnaturally blonde young thang who had a show on The Blaze until she self-immolated on national television in a moment of opportunism that blew up in her face.
But here’s the thing. Just how bad is Tomi Lahren, despite the little cult of personality she has tried to create? She’s this bad: in a show that runs for one hour, people only know about the last two minutes of her show when she gives some scripted monologue.
That’s a real problem. There’s a whole 38 other minutes and she cannot hold it. Somehow she thinks she is entitled to it. She fits every single stereotype of bratty, entitled millennials out there. And, before she deleted them, her tweets from her college days further prove it.

On Wednesday, Erick Erickson of the Resurgent reminded some of us and revealed for the first time to the rest, a way that President Trump could single-handedly end ObamaCare.
And what did Mr. Erickson reveal? Well, it was a pay-off to Members of both Houses and their staffs. One of which few knew or reported.
You may recall, after ObamaCare passed, many “connected” crony corporatists and Unions received waivers, effectively exempting them from the onerous bill the rest of were being forced to live with. They all knew how bad it was from the start. We all read reports of well over 1,000 waivers handed out.
Still, The Hill wrote in 2015 that, “according to Section 1512 of the law [ObamaCare], legislators and staff ‘lose the employer contribution’ that covers most of the cost of coverage. The amendment passed by Congress specifically requires that Members and their staff give up their generous Federal Employee Health Benefit Plan (FEHB) health benefits and, instead, purchase their health insurance through ObamaCare exchanges. In essence, Congress was required by law to be treated like any other citizen who lost the individual market insurance they liked.”

Heidi Cruz Had To Be Escorted Out For Her Safety Because of Trump Unity
Donald Trump graciously extended an invitation to his main rival, Ted Cruz, to speak at his convention. Cruz congratulated Trump for winning the nomination, expounded at length on Republican values, attacked Hillary Clinton, President Obama and the Democrats, and exhorted the crowd to show up in November and vote their conscience.
