WND Exclusive – George Soros makes Alinsky look reasonable

There are things throughout history that one can point to and say, “That changed everything.” Things like electricity, indoor plumbing and gunpowder.

Then there are others we can point to as simply upgrades or improvements to the original design. Things like fuel injection, the self-contained rifle cartridge or “Hot Shots! Part Deux.”

Barack Obama improved on Saul Alinsky’s teaching of community agitating – expanding it from a local to a national movement. read more

Trump Proclaims Sky is Blue – Liberals Dispute It

It’s really has gotten this bad.

from the American Spectator:

Had Donald Trump given the Gettysburg Address, liberals would have called it insultingly brief. No matter how eloquently and sensibly he speaks, they stand ready to snipe at him. No sooner had he finished his stellar remarks in Poland than they grabbed for their wet blankets.

Yes, he criticized Russia; yes, he defended NATO. But why, they wanted to know, didn’t he attack his hosts? Or as the New York Times put it: “Mr. Trump roused his Polish hosts by recounting the country’s history of resistance to invaders, including Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union. But he said nothing about the right-wing government’s crackdown on judges and journalists and its refusal to accept more migrants, policies that have upset European Union leaders. He instead praised Poland as a defender of liberty in the face of existential threats.” read more

The Fight for 15 is Decimating the Workforce

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Yesterday, Rush Limbaugh reminded us of something we may have forgotten. It hasn’t been in the news lately, and with all else that is happening, it’s easy for we who write about this stuff, not to follow-up.

Rush updated us on the infamous “Fight for $15” movement, and how it is the gift that just keeps on giving.

Actually, more accurately put would be the gift that just keeps on taking – as in jobs and businesses.

You may have heard from Rush, or many other internet sites, that McDonalds is currently replacing 2,500 jobs in the U.S. with self-service kiosks. And this is only the beginning. Next year they plan to roll out another 3,000. You might surmise that this is 5,000 jobs being replaced. It’s likely to be many more.

Remember that human workers are at the restaurant for usually 8 hour shifts. Robots don’t have shifts, so they don’t need to be replaced by another human for the next shift. They work 24 hours a day, every day. These kiosks can potentially replace most all shift cashiers. In other words, that 5,000 could easily double or triple.

And to add insult to injury, McDonalds has plans to roll out mobile ordering across 14,000 U.S. locations by the end of 2017. This is sure to be a huge hit – and cause many more layoffs.

The Left Should be Tried for Inciting Violence

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Growing up – most of us were taught that sticks and stones will break our bones, but words can never hurt us. Well, not anymore.

Words, we are told, lead to violence, and on college campuses, it seems words are violence itself.

Although I don’t subscribe to this view, I suppose some can think it true in some instances. It certainly happened in the much publicized case of the then teenage girl who convinced her teenage boyfriend to off himself by means of a car (or truck) exhaust.

We on the right say that this is ridiculous. It may have been the girl’s prodding, but it was the boy’s choice and only his, to act on her insistences. No one forced him to listen to her blather. No one forced him to act.

He and he alone is responsible for his actions – not her. But of course we know by now that this is not how it went down. The girl was convicted of involuntary manslaughter, for talking the weak-willed boy into action. Pathetic!

In a real world filled with reasonable people, this case would have never seen the light of day. A judge would have tossed it out telling the plaintiff to grow up. It was no ones fault but his own. read more

The Left Admits Trump had Nothing to do with Russian Hacking

by: the Common Constitutionalist

On March 7, 2017 Politicus USA reported that Rachel Maddow of MSNBC “Drops Major Reality Check: Trump-Russia Collusion Looks Increasingly Likely.” Well of course it did, except that it didn’t. In fact Trump had zero knowledge of Russian hacking.

Well, that’s a pretty bold statement. How is it that you are so sure? I actually wasn’t until I saw this.

Late last week The Hill wrote a piece entitled simply, “Maddow: ‘Absolutely’ possible Trump didn’t know about Russia hacking.”

Now you might be saying to yourself – Mr. Constitutionalist – you may call me Common – you and most other conservatives never believe a word that comes from Rachel Maddow – and for good reason. Yet all of a sudden you conclude she is now telling the truth? What gives?

The left wants president Trump impeached, shackled and perp-walked out of the White House. This is their fantasy. They want it so bad that they’ve crafted an entire narrative around this fantasy. They will never get over losing to such a buffoon.

So they came up with this Russia collusion story. It got traction and with the help of all the media and the weak-kneed Republicans giving them everything they wanted, it really began to take off. read more

Podcast – Can Ted Nugent Keep His Vow of Civility

Uncle Ted Nugent

The other day Uncle Ted Nugent, the Motor City Mad Man went on a radio show and promised to become more civil, even saying he would walk away rather than engage in hateful rhetoric.

We can all hope to do such a thing. The problem is, this is all the left knows. Via Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, this is all the left has ever learned. And personally I see no signs of them giving this up. We can vow to be more civil, but don’t expect the left to follow suit.

They know of no other way to achieve power and control but to demonize the right. Don’t be surprised in the coming weeks or months if Uncle Ted is tested to live up to his vow – or walk away. read more

Is the Rainbow Flag’s Orange Stripe a Shout Out to Trump

by: the Common Constitutionalist

A couple of days ago, The Blaze reported that the city of Philthadelphia “Office of LGBT affairs” has recently unfurled a new flag – the multi-colored rainbow LGBTQ+ flag. They just keep adding more letters – and now even a symbol. Talk about a run-on acronym.

So Philadelphia, which has a total debt of $14.3 billion, or $27,500 per taxpayer (the third highest per capita in the nation), has enough money to fund an Office of LGBT Affairs for what is claimed to be 3.9 percent of its population. And I doubt the percentage is that high.

Anyway, the Run-On Acronym Society (ROAS) claims the new and improved rainbow flag will “show their support for people of color [POC] who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender. We say that we’re inclusive. We celebrate it. Now it’s time to go further.”

The colors they added to show solidarity with the POC are of course brown and black. This may seem inclusive, but to me, this instead shows how racist the ROAS really is, that other-than-hetero POC don’t and can’t identify with the pretty colors that already adorn the flag. read more

The Democrats and the Left Radicalized James T. Hodgkinson

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Republican Representative Steve Scalise, two Capital Hill police officers, David Bailey and Crystal Griner, Congressional staffer Zack Barth and Tyson Foods lobbyist Matt Mika. I’m sure we all wish them a speedy recover.

As most are aware, these individuals were injured in a terrorist shooting during a Republican baseball practice in Alexandria, Va. yesterday.

Did I say terrorist shooting? Darn right I said terrorist! That’s exactly what it was. It was not an Islamic terror attack, but it was terror none the less.

Terror is defined simply as a violent or destructive act committed by an individual or group in order to intimidate a population or government. It may also invoke extreme fear and anxiety. I think we can check off all those boxes.

Others can describe it another way, but to me this was an act of terror. How many Republican Representatives, Senators and staffers will now have their heads on a swivel, forced to be much more aware of their surroundings and maybe sleep with one eye open because of this lunatic. They will no doubt be thinking of copy cats for the foreseeable future. read more

No More Slush Funds for Community Agitators

Jeff Sessions Ends DOJ Handouts for Leftist Groups

from Breitbart:

Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced a new policy on Wednesday that prohibits payouts to third parties in settlements reached by the Justice Department.

The announcement came in a memorandum to all U.S. attorneys and Justice Department leaders.

For decades, through a variety of initiatives, the DOJ has insisted on donations to third parties as part of the settlements it reaches with defendants, especially corporations. In the Obama administration, this practice took on the character of a “slush fund,” which funneled hundreds of millions of dollars from these corporate defendants and put it into the hands of non-government organizations. read more

Students and Faculty Turn on Professor

from Heat Street:

Snowflakes of Color

The faculty at Evergreen State College sent a letter to students Friday saying they stand behind the protesters who have wreaked havoc on the campus this week and plan to pursue disciplinary action against the target of their demonstrations, Prof. Brett Weinstein.

The Washington college of about 4,000 students erupted in protests last week after Weinstein, a biology professor, told student activists he did not agree with their “Day of Absence” plans. The Day of Absence usually consists of students of color leaving the campus for the day, to bring awareness to their presence and issues. This year, however, student activists wanted all white students and faculty to leave for the day. Weinstein, who supported the Day of Absence tradition in the past, called this year’s plan an act of oppression. read more
