The Church Militant

The refrain that is heard from the right when they refer to liberal actors is “Shut up and Act.” The same goes for leftist musicians: “Shut up and Sing.” Don’t involve yourselves in matters you know little to nothing about. Leave the politics to politicians, and leave armed conflicts to the military.

Because one is popular, famous and has a large following doesn’t automatically make an actor or musician an authority on matters political or military. Save for a very few, history is not on their side. Not many have gone on to become great political or military leaders. read more

Podcast – Atheist Files Suit To End In God We Trust – Has Obama Given Us Donald Trump?

In this episode I discuss the silly atheist Michael Newdow and his latest anti-religion lawsuit attempting to rid America of the scourge of “In God We Trust.” He claims that this “Motto” and others are promoting Monotheism in our nation and he won’t stand for it.

In the second segment I discuss a recent article on the Guardian website that insists Obama is the cause of the rise of Donald Trump – that the American public is so angry at Obama and government they are now flocking to Trump, who he calls the anti-Obama. I also uncover a silver lining to a Trump presidency, as liberals promise to leave America should he be elected. read more

The Islamization of American Schools

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Apparently American Muslims are not American. Oh, they may think they are, but this is evidently not the case. Normal Americans go to work every day and send their normal American kids off to school. They don’t consider themselves particularly special. They don’t ask others for a carve out or to be celebrated as being different. They are just Americans.

I’m sure many American Muslims think this way. I’m sure they don’t consider themselves special. They want to be treated like everyone else. They say they don’t wish to be treated differently than any other American. But is this really true?

Evidently not, at least far as the school administrators at the New York World School of Inquiry,
in Rochester NY are concerned. A request from a single Muslim student prompted Principal Sheela Webster to host a “World Hijab Day event the week of February 1 which ‘encouraged girls to wear the Muslim religious head covering.’”

And what made “World Hijab Day” so much more special – not a single parent was notified ahead of the event. They found out about it on the news, which being New York, probably breathlessly reported on it, extolling the schools diversity and inclusion. read more

Podcast – Time For Trump To Grow Up – Students Forcibly Immersed In Islam

In this episode I’ll be speaking about an article written by one of my heroes, Thomas Sowell. He rightly asks if we should trust Trump to be President, considering his demonstrably juvenile behavior over the past several months and his apparent limited understanding of the office of President.

In segment two I discuss a former marine and his wife who filed a lawsuit against their daughter’s school for forcing her class to study the Islamic religion in a history class, while virtually neglecting all other religions.

What To Do About Muslim Workers

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Anyone familiar with snow blowers and lawn tractors should also be acquainted with the brand name Ariens. The company produces tractors, snow blowers and slew of accessories at about 20 plants worldwide. But the majority of the manufacturing takes place right here in the good old U.S. of A. Who says nobody in the U.S. makes anything anymore.

As any manufacturer in the U.S. knows, due to taxes and over regulation, it’s difficult enough to produce anything and still make a profit. Companies have to deal with the IRS, OSHA, the EPA – as well as employment related issues. But the CEO of Ariens, Dan Ariens, has discovered a new potential headache – Muslims.

And this problem, which has recently been exposed at the Ariens plant/headquarters in Brillion, Wisconsin, is one that many other American companies will more than likely have to contend with as more and more Muslims immigrate to America.

Devout Muslims are required to pray five times a day and their religion specifies the times they are to do so. “They have to have clean bodies and carry out the prayers at daybreak, noon, mid-afternoon, sunset and evening and each prayer lasts five minutes.” read more

The Coming War Between Iran and Saudi Arabia Was Prophesized

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Many smart people in the know are rightly worried that war may be inevitable in the Middle East. They are right to be worried, as this time it will not be a proxy war. This one will be a direct conflict between Iran and Saudi Arabia for Muslim supremacy of the region.

But this is not about two nations. It is Iranian Shiites against Saudi Sunni Wahhabists. This war was always inevitable. There is no diplomacy that can or could ever have stopped it. No amount of intercession by Europe, Russia or the United States can curtail it.

No matter what the Saudis do, they cannot prevent it, for this was prophesized long ago. This war will be the result of the Shiite End Times Prophecy. read more

Christianity Under Assault Worldwide

by: the Common Constitutionalist

Conservative geeks like me, and a lot of you, listen to our fair share of talk radio. Often times commercials during these various radio broadcasts repeat, either several times during the same program, or the sponsor will purchase ads on a number of conservative talk shows.

One such ad which has been repeated lately is for the purchase of precious metals, like gold and silver. The commercial informs us that country X has purchased several hundred tons of gold and that investment bank Y recently bought 1 million ounces of silver. The inference is that if they are buying precious metals, shouldn’t you also? What do they know that we don’t and why aren’t we being told?

Precious metals have historically been purchased as a hedge against inflation or when the “fit hits the shan.” Preppers have long advocated the ownership of some gold and/or silver as a source of barter if there is an economic collapse – or the government comes-a-calling and decides it wants what you have. Maybe the government decides their desire is so great that they simple seize your assets, like your bank accounts?

Maybe it doesn’t need to be an end-of-the-world scenario for a government to do such a thing. Maybe they just don’t like you. Maybe it’s that you’re just too religious – too Christian. It could be that you have been caught up in a phony trumped up scheme of discrimination against a homosexual couple, for which you simply refused to make a wedding cake. read more

You Say Islamist – I Say Wahhabist

by: the Common Constitutionalist

According to Saudi’s Arabia’s Grand Mufti, Sheikh Abdul Aziz al-Asheikh, both ISIS and al-Qaeda are enemy number one. I guess he couldn’t choose just one. Maybe it’s one of those 1 and 1A kinds of things.

Off topic as it is – who chooses the names for these characters anyway? Do they get to choose? If so, why must they always be so long? Could you imagine having to endorse a check or sign one of the tiny electronic keypads at the grocery store – or signing autographs for the Grand Mufti groupies? Sheesh!

Anyway, the Mufti – oh excuse me – the Grand Mufti stated emphatically that, “The ideas of extremism, radicalism and terrorism … have nothing to do with Islam and (their proponents) are the enemy number one of Islam.”

Yet about the time he was condemning the two terror groups for their barbarism, he was signing off on one of the largest mass executions in the country’s history. They executed 47 “criminals.” Among these criminals was a Shiite cleric, Sheikh Nimr al-Nimr (again with the names). This did not please Shiite Iran, as response to the executions, they attacked and burned the Saudi embassy in Tehran.

No one knows exactly what  their “crimes” were – only that the verdict against the “47 criminals was based on Allah’s Book and the Prophet’s Sunnah.” read more

This Muslim Defines Courage

The Common Constitutionalist is branching out. In addition to my daily blog and a number of sites I already contribute to, I’ve been asked to write an exclusive weekly commentary article for the popular national conservative website, World Net Daily. Naturally I accepted. I’d be a fool not to. I am joining the likes of Ted Nugent, Ann Coulter and Judge Andrew Napolitano.

Once a week I will provide a few paragraphs of my latest article and a link to the WND site.

Courage is defined as the quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, danger, pain, etc., without fear; bravery. I would disagree, but only slightly. Courage can also be defined as acting bravely in the face of fear. One can be fearful, yet still act courageously. read more

A Father Takes a Stand Against the Culture of Death

by: the Common Constitutionalist

I’m sure most of us remember the heart-wrenching saga of Terri Schiavo in Florida. In March of 2005, Terri, after doctors pronounced her to be in a permanent vegetative state, despite the fact that she required no life support in the form of breathing tubes or such, her estranged and total bag of crap husband petitioned for and received permission from a judge to pull her feeding and hydration tube so he could collect on her insurance policy. It took 13 days for Terri to finally succumb in rather agonizing fashion. This past March, on the tenth anniversary of her death, Rush Limbaugh declared her death “the day our country hit rock bottom.”

Despite Terri’s family’s willingness to take her home and care for her, the judge still granted the gruesome death sentence. It reminds me of a couple of articles I wrote in 2013 entitled, “Grim Reaper on Wheels” and “Euthanasia Isn’t a Death Penalty…Apparently.”

In them I chronicled the rise of roving death squads in the Netherlands which traveled the countryside euthanizing its citizens and that the practice was gaining traction in other European countries. The Dutch government’s view was that for some who, according to authorities, were suffering – it was for the sufferer’s own good and the good of society. In 2013, “1 in 30 deaths in the Netherlands are [were] from euthanasia.” As of 2013, Holland had six full time “Death Squads.” read more
